Claims (4)
- 동 성분을 함유한 용액을 전해하는 것에 의하여 얻어지는 전해동박에 있어서,상기 전해동박의 광택면 측의 결정이 20% 이상의 쌍정구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해동박.
- 전해공정에서 황산동 용액을 전해함으로서 석리박을 제조하고, 이 석리박에 조화처리 및 방청처리를 하기 위한 표면처리공정으로 이루어지는 전해동박의 제조방법에 있어서,전해공정은, 회전음극 드럼과 그 회전음극 드럼의 형상을 따라 서로 대향 배치된 불용성 애노드와의 사이에 황산동 용액을 공급하고, 연속전해하여 회전음극 위에 전석한 동박을 박리시키는 것으로, 회전음극 드럼의 동 전석면에 결정입도 번호 6.0 이상의 티타늄 재를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 기재한 전해동박의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,황산동 용액은, 아교 및/또는 젤라틴을 0.2mg∼20mg/ℓ첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 전해동박의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 기재한 전해동박을 사용한 동 클래드 적층판.
