Claims (8)
- 밀폐 용기 내의 상부에 설치된 압축 기구부와, 해당 압축 기구부와 크랭크축에 의해 연결된 전동기와, 해당 전동기의 하방에 있어서 상기 크랭크축을 지지하는 부 베어링과, 해당 부 베어링을 지지하는 지지부를 갖는 밀폐형 전동 압축기에 있어서,상기 압축 기구부와 상기 전동기 사이에서 상기 밀폐 용기의 내벽에 대하여 차폐된 상부 차폐 공간과, 상기 전동기와 상기 지지부 사이에서 상기 밀폐 용기의 내벽에 대하여 차폐된 하부 차폐 공간을 갖고, 상기 하부 차폐 공간은 상기 전동기와 상기 지지부 사이에 냉매 가스로부터 오일을 분리시키는 필터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전동 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 차폐 공간과 상기 하부 차폐 공간은 상기 전동기의 외주와 상기 밀폐 용기의 내벽 사이의 공간에서 연통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전동 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 차폐 공간은 상기 압축기의 축심과 동심의 원통 형상을 구비한 차폐 부재에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전동 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 차폐 부재는 전기 절연 특성을 갖는 필름으로 형성된것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전동 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 차폐 부재는 전기 절연 특성을 갖는 수지 성형품으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전동 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 직경이 가는 와이어를 짜 넣어 형성한 그물을 응축하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전동 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 소결체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전동 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 차폐 공간 내에, 냉매 가스를 상기 밀폐 공간의 외부로 배출하는 토출 파이프의 흡입구가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전동 압축기.
