Claims (3)
- 密閉容器内に電動要素と、この電動要素により駆動される回転圧縮要素とが上下に配設された2段回転圧縮機であって、前記回転圧縮要素は仕切板を介して低段側回転圧縮要素が上側に、高段側回転圧縮要素が下側に位置し、前記低段側回転圧縮要素で圧縮した中間圧の冷媒ガスを前記密閉容器内に吐出し、この密閉容器内に吐出される中間圧の冷媒ガスは密閉容器外に取り出して冷却した後、前記高段側回転圧縮要素に供給して高圧に圧縮し、この高圧の冷媒ガスを前記密閉容器外に吐出するように構成され、前記仕切板にはガス抜き孔が設けられ、前記高段側回転圧縮要素の下側には下部支持部材が取り付けられ、この下部支持部材は、中央部に前記電動要素により回転する回転軸の下端部を軸受けするための軸受け部が設けられると共に、この軸受け部の外周を取り囲むようにして消音室が設けられ、更に前記下部支持部材の下側には前記消音室の開口面を閉塞するためのカバー板がガスケットを介して取り付けられ、前記下部支持材には前記高段側回転圧縮要素の吸入ポートと、上端が前記吸入ポートに開口するオイル供給孔が上下に貫通形成され、前記密閉容器内の底部のオイル溜めと前記オイル供給孔の下端開口が連通するよう前記ガスケットの厚さによって前記下部支持材と前記カバー板との間に隙間が形成され、前記吸入ポートから前記高段側回転圧縮要素へ流れ込む冷媒ガスの差圧によって、前記オイル溜めのオイルが、前記隙間から前記オイル供給孔を通り前記高段側回転圧縮要素のシリンダ内部へ吸い上げられることを特徴とする2段回転圧縮機。
- 密閉容器内に電動要素と、この電動要素により駆動される回転圧縮要素とが上下に配設された2段回転圧縮機であって、前記回転圧縮要素は仕切板を介して低段側回転圧縮要素が上側に、高段側回転圧縮要素が下側に位置し、前記低段側回転圧縮要素で圧縮した中間圧の冷媒ガスを前記密閉容器内に吐出し、この密閉容器内に吐出される中間圧の冷媒ガスは密閉容器外に取り出して冷却した後、前記高段側回転圧縮要素に供給して高圧に圧縮し、この高圧の冷媒ガスを前記密閉容器外に吐出するように構成され、前記仕切板にはガス抜き孔が設けられ、前記高段側回転圧縮要素の下側には下部支持部材が取り付けられ、この下部支持部材は、中央部に前記電動要素により回転する回転軸の下端部を軸受けするための軸受け部が設けられると共に、この軸受け部の外周を取り囲むようにして消音室が設けられ、更に前記下部支持部材の下側には前記消音室の開口面を閉塞するためのカバー板がガスケットを介して取り付けられ、前記下部支持材には前記高段側回転圧縮要素の吸入ポートと、上端が前記吸入ポートに開口するオイル供給孔が上下に貫通形成され、前記密閉容器内の底部のオイル溜めと前記オイル供給孔の下端開口が連通するよう前記下部支持材の下面に凹溝が形成され、前記吸入ポートから前記高段側回転圧縮要素へ流れ込む冷媒ガスの差圧によって、前記オイル溜めのオイルが、前記凹溝から前記オイル供給孔を通り前記高段側回転圧縮要素のシリンダ内部へ吸い上げられることを特徴とする2段回転圧縮機。
- 密閉容器内に電動要素と、この電動要素により駆動される回転圧縮要素とが上下に配設された2段回転圧縮機であって、前記回転圧縮要素は仕切板を介して低段側回転圧縮要素が上側に、高段側回転圧縮要素が下側に位置し、前記低段側回転圧縮要素で圧縮した中間圧の冷媒ガスを前記密閉容器内に吐出し、この密閉容器内に吐出される中間圧の冷媒ガスは密閉容器外に取り出して冷却した後、前記高段側回転圧縮要素に供給して高圧に圧縮し、この高圧の冷媒ガスを前記密閉容器外に吐出するように構成され、前記仕切板にはガス抜き孔が設けられ、前記高段側回転圧縮要素の下側には下部支持部材が取り付けられ、この下部支持部材は、中央部に前記電動要素により回転する回転軸の下端部を軸受けするための軸受け部が設けられると共に、この軸受け部の外周を取り囲むようにして消音室が設けられ、更に前記下部支持部材の下側には前記消音室の開口面を閉塞するためのカバー板がガスケットを介して取り付けられ、前記下部支持材には前記高段側回転圧縮要素の吸入ポートと、上端が前記吸入ポートに開口するオイル供給孔が上下に貫通形成され、前記密閉容器内の底部のオイル溜めと前記オイル供給孔の下端開口が連通するよう前記下部支持材の下面に切欠部が形成され、前記吸入ポートから前記高段側回転圧縮要素へ流れ込む冷媒ガスの差圧によって、前記オイル溜めのオイルが、前記切欠部から前記オイル供給孔を通り前記高段側回転圧縮要素のシリンダ内部へ吸い上げられることを特徴とする2段回転圧縮機。
