Abstract
【解決手段】密閉容器1内に電動要素5と回転圧縮要素6とを上下に配設し、回転圧縮要素6は低段側回転圧縮要素9を上側に、高段側回転圧縮要素11を下側に位置させる。低段側回転圧縮要素9と高段側回転圧縮要素11との間の仕切板10には、ガス抜き孔10bを設ける。下部支持部材13にオイル供給孔13eを設けて、その上端は下部支持部材13に形成されている吸入ポート13cに開口し、下端は下部支持部材13とカバー板16との接合部に介在させるガスケット23の厚さにより生じる隙間24に開口し、この隙間24を介して密閉容器1内の底部のオイル溜めに連通させる。この隙間24に替えて下部支持部材13の下面に凹溝又は切欠部を形成して、オイル供給孔13eに接続するようにしてもよい。

Claims (4)
- 密閉容器内に電動要素と、この電動要素により駆動される回転圧縮要素とが上下に配設された2段回転圧縮機であって、前記回転圧縮要素は仕切板を介して低段側回転圧縮要素が上側に、高段側回転圧縮要素が下側に位置し、前記低段側回転圧縮要素で圧縮した中間圧の冷媒ガスを前記密閉容器内に吐出し、この密閉容器内に吐出される中間圧の冷媒ガスは密閉容器外に取り出して冷却した後、前記高段側回転圧縮要素に供給して高圧に圧縮し、この高圧の冷媒ガスを前記密閉容器外に吐出するように構成され、前記仕切板にはガス抜き孔が設けられ、前記高段側回転圧縮要素の下側には下部支持部材が取り付けられ、この下部支持部材は、中央部に前記電動要素により回転する回転軸の下端部を軸受けするための軸受け部が設けられると共に、この軸受け部の外周を取り囲むようにして消音室が設けられ、更に前記下部支持部材の下側には前記消音室の開口面を閉塞するためのカバー板が取り付けられ、前記下部支持材には前記密閉容器内の底部のオイル溜めと下部支持部材に形成されている吸入ポートとを連通するオイル供給孔が設けられていることを特徴とする2段回転圧縮機。
- 前記オイル供給孔は、上端が前記下部支持部材の吸入ポートに開口し、下端が前記下部支持部材とカバー板との間に介在されているガスケットにより生じた隙間に開口していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2段回転圧縮機。
- 前記オイル供給孔は、上端が前記下部支持部材の吸入ポートに開口し、下端が前記下部支持部材の下端面に形成した凹溝に開口していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2段回転圧縮機。
- 前記オイル供給孔は、上端が前記下部支持部材の吸入ポートに開口し、下端が前記下部支持部材の下端面に形成した切欠部に開口していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2段回転圧縮機。
