Abstract
【解決手段】密閉容器1内に電動要素5と回転圧縮要素6とを上下に配設し、回転圧縮要素6は低段側回転圧縮要素9を上側に、高段側回転圧縮要素11を下側に位置させる。密閉容器1内には低段側回転圧縮要素9で圧縮した中間圧の冷媒ガスを吐出するため、上部支持部材12における消音室12bでは高精度のガスシール性が要求されない。これにより、上部支持部材における軸受け部12aの外周にOリング装着用の凹溝加工を施す必要がなくなると共に、上部支持部材を切削する必要もなくなる。下部支持部材13における消音室13bは、高精度のガスシール性が要求されるため、肉厚で短寸に形成されている軸受け部13aの下端面に凹溝13eを円周方向に設けてOリング23を装着し、カバー板21との接合部には段差を設けてガスケット24を介在させる。

Claims (3)
- 密閉容器内に電動要素と、この電動要素により駆動される回転圧縮要素とが上下に配設された2段回転圧縮機であって、前記回転圧縮要素は低段側回転圧縮要素が上側に、高段側回転圧縮要素が下側に位置し、前記低段側回転圧縮要素で圧縮した中間圧の冷媒ガスを前記密閉容器内に吐出し、この密閉容器内に吐出される中間圧の冷媒ガスは密閉容器外に取り出して冷却した後、前記高段側回転圧縮要素に供給して高圧に圧縮し、この高圧の冷媒ガスを前記密閉容器外に吐出するように構成され、前記高段側回転圧縮要素の下側には下部支持部材が取り付けられ、この下部支持部材は、中央部に前記電動要素により回転する回転軸の下端部を軸受けするための軸受け部が設けられると共に、この軸受け部の外周を取り囲むようにして消音室が設けられ、更に前記下部支持部材の下側には前記消音室の開口面を閉塞するためのカバー板が取り付けられ、前記軸受け部の下端面に凹溝を円周方向に設けてOリングを装着し、且つ前記下部支持部材とカバー板との接合部にガスケットを介在させてガスシールすることを特徴とする2段回転圧縮機。
- 密閉容器内に電動要素と、この電動要素により駆動される回転圧縮要素とが上下に配設された2段回転圧縮機であって、前記回転圧縮要素は低段側回転圧縮要素が下側に、高段側回転圧縮要素が上側に位置し、前記低段側回転圧縮要素で圧縮した中間圧の冷媒ガスを密閉容器外に吐出して冷却した後、前記高段側回転圧縮要素に供給して高圧に圧縮し、この高圧の冷媒ガスを前記密閉容器内に吐出し、この密閉容器内に吐出される高圧の冷媒ガスを密閉容器外に取り出すように構成され、前記低段側回転圧縮要素の下側には下部支持部材が取り付けられ、この下部支持部材は、中央部に前記電動要素により回転する回転軸の下端部を軸受けするための軸受け部が設けられると共に、この軸受け部の外周を取り囲むようにして消音室が設けられ、更に前記下部支持部材の下側には前記消音室の開口面を閉塞するためのカバー板が取り付けられ、前記軸受け部の下端面に凹溝を円周方向に設けてOリングを装着し、且つ前記下部支持部材とカバー板との接合部にガスケットを介在させてガスシールすることを特徴とする2段回転圧縮機。
- 前記下部支持部材における軸受け部の下端面と下部支持部材の下端面との間に予め段差を設けておき、この段差の寸法を前記ガスケットの厚さと同じか或いは若干小さく設定することで、この段差部分にガスケットを挟着することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の2段回転圧縮機。
