Claims (17)
- 최대 입도가 120micron인 연마 입자를 2 내지 15용적% 함유하는 연마 림(abrasive rim)과 기재(backing)를 포함하는 연마 도구로서, 연마 림이 수지 결합제와 40용적% 이상의 중공 충전재를 포함하고, 연마 입자와 수지 결합제가 연마 입자 대 수지 결합제 1.5:1.0 내지 0.3:1.0의 비율로 연마 림에 존재하는 연마 도구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중공 충전재가 실리카 구체, 물라이트 구체, 버블 알루미나, 유리 구체 및 이들의 배합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 연마 도구.
