Claims (7)
- 외치기어(external-tooth gear)의 연마방법에 있어서, 상기 외치기어의 치면(齒面;tooth surfaces)에 대하여 압압부재(押壓部材)로 백업함으로써 필름 연마재를 억누르고, 그 상태에서 외치기어의 톱니와 필름 연마재를 치형(tooth profile)방향에 상대적으로 미끄러져 움직이게 함으로써 치면을 연마하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외치기어의 연마방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외치기어의 톱니를 잇줄(tooth trace)방향으로 성형지석(成形砥石)으로 연마한 후, 상기 필름 연마재를 사용한 치형방향의 압압연마를 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외치기어의 연마방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필름 연마재를 이용한 치형방향의 압압연마를 실행할 때에, 상기 외치기어의 톱니를 필름 연마재에 대하여 잇줄방향으로 상대적으로 진동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 외치기어의 연마방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 에 있어서, 상기 압압부재의 압압면이 상기 외치기어의 치형의 요곡면(凹曲面)보다 작은 곡률(曲率)의 철곡면(凸曲面)으로 형성되어 있고, 그 철곡면에 의해서 필름 연마재를 기어의 치면에 억누르는 것을 특징으로 하는 외치기어의 연마방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 에 있어서, 상기 필름 연마재를 상기 외치기어의 축심(軸心)에 대하여 반경(半徑)방향으로 전후진 가능하게 하고, 외치기어를 그 축심을 중심으로 하여 회전시키는 것으로 연마대상의 외치기어의 톱니를 필름 연마재에 대하여 치형방향으로 상대적으로 미끄러져 움직이게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외치기어의 연마방법.
- 외치기어의 연마장치에 있어서,상기 외치기어의 치면을 연마하기 위한 필름 연마재와,외치기어의 축심에 대하여 반경방향으로 전후진이 가능하도록 된 압압부재를 갖고, 그 압압부재를 통하여 상기 필름 연마재를 외치기어의 치면에 소정의 압력으로 억누르는 압착기구와,외치기어의 톱니와 필름 연마재를 치형방향으로 상대적으로 미끄러져 움직이게 하는 연마구동기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 외치기어의 연마장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 외치기어의 톱니를 필름 연마재에 대하여 잇줄방향으로 상대적으로 진동시키는 진동기구(oscillation mechanism)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 외치기어의 연마장치.
