Claims (4)
- 내부에 물을 보유하는 물탱크(8)와, 공기를 압축하는 압축기(10)를 구비하고, 압축공기를 물탱크내에 공급하며, 그 압력으로 물탱크에서 압축기내로 물을 분사하는 물분사식 공기압축장치에 있어서,계외에서 가압수를 압축기내로 도입하는 가압 물분사식 라인(20)과, 그 가압 물분사식 라인을 개폐하는 제어장치(22)를 구비하고, 압축기의 기동명령에 의해, 압축기의 기동전에 가압 물분사 라인을 열어 계외로부터 가압수를 압축기 내로 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물분사식 공기압축장치.
- 내부에 물을 보유하는 물탱크(8)와, 공기를 압축하는 압축기(10)를 구비하고, 압축공기를 물탱크내에 공급하며, 그 압력으로 물탱크에서 압축기내로 물을 분사하는 물분사식 공기압축장치의 기동방법에 있어서,압축기의 기동명령에 의해, 가압 물분사 라인을 열어 계외로부터 가압수를 압축기 내로 분사한 후, 압축기를 기동시키고, 물탱크에서 압축기로 물이 공급되기 전에 가압 물분사 라인을 닫아 계외로부터의 가압 물분사를 정지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 물분사식 공기압축장치의 기동방법.
- 내부에 물을 보유하는 물탱크(8)와, 공기를 압축하는 압축기(10)를 구비하고, 압축공기를 물탱크내에 공급하며, 그 압력으로 물탱크에서 압축기내로 물을 분사하는 물분사식 공기압축장치에 있어서,물탱크에서 배출된 압축공기를 수분의 포화온도 이하로 냉각하여 수분을 응축 분리하는 제습기(120)와, 그 제습기에서 분리된 수분을 압축기의 공기흡입구로 공급하는 수분회수라인(122)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 물분사식 공기압축장치.
- 내부에 물을 보유하는 물탱크(8)와, 공기를 압축하는 압축기(10)를 구비하고, 압축공기를 물탱크내에 공급하며, 그 압력으로 물탱크에서 압축기내로 물을 분사하는 물분사식 공기압축장치 및 그 수질관리방법에 있어서,물탱크에서 배출된 압축공기를 수분의 포화온도 이하로 냉각하여 수분을 응축 분리하고, 분리된 수분을 압축기내로 공급하고, 여잉 순환수를 물탱크로부터 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물분사식 공기압축장치의 수질관리방법.
