Claims (10)
- 활성물질로서, 적어도 하나의 리튬이온을 흡수 및 방출할 수 있는 재료, 리튬금속 및 리튬합금을 포함하는 애노드(anode);활성물질로서, 중공(hollow), 구상인 단결정 입자들의 소결된 입자들의 형태인 스피넬형 리튬-망간 복합산화물을 포함하는 캐소드(cathode); 및전해질(electrolyte)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 단결정 입자들은 70 내지 500㎚의 평균 입경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기한 스피넬형 리튬-망간 복합산화물은 일반식 LiMn2O4로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기한 스피넬형 리튬-망간 복합산화물은 일반식 Li(Mn2-xLiX)O4(단, 0 < x ≤1)로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기한 스피넬형 리튬-망간 복합산화물은 일반식 Li(Mn2-x-yAyLix)O4(단, 0 <x+y ≤0.1이고, A는 Cr, Ni, Fe, Co 및 Mg으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나)로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기한 전해질은 비수용성의 전해액을 함유하는 세퍼레이터(separator)에 함침되거나, 고체상의 전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 스피넬형 리튬-망간 복합산화물은 일반식 LiMn2O4로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 스피넬형 리튬-망간 복합산화물은 일반식 Li(Mn2-xLiX)O4(단, 0 < x ≤1)로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 스피넬형 리튬-망간 복합산화물은 일반식 Li(Mn2-x-yAyLix)O4(단, 0 <x+y ≤0.1이고, A는 Cr, Ni, Fe, Co 및 Mg으로 이루어진 군에서선택된 하나)로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 전해질은 비수용성의 전해액을 함유하는 세퍼레이터(separator)에 함침되거나, 고체상의 전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
