Claims (12)
- 다공질 금속 소결체의 공구멍부에 전자방사물질을 함침시킨 음극 펠릿을 구비한 함침형 음극의 제조방법으로써, 금속원료분말을 프레스 성형하여 다공질 기체를 형성하는 프레스 성형공정을 포함하고, 상기 금속원료분말을 평미레용 카트리지에 충전한 후, 평미레칭량에 의해 다이로 충전하고, 펀치에 의한 프레스 성형을 하고, 상기 카트리지의 다이 표면에의 접촉면이 원환형상이고, 또한, 상기 카트리지의 외측측면은 선단부가 상기 다이표면과 접하는 경사면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원환형상의 내주의 직경이 펠릿 직경의 10∼20배의 범위내이고, 상기 원환형상의 외주의 직경이 상기 내주의 직경의 1.05∼1.3배의 범위내이며, 또한, 상기 경사면과 상기 다이 표면이 이루는 각이 40∼80도의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지에 충전하는 금속원료 분말의 양을 펠릿의 200∼800개분에 상당하는 양으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평미레칭량시 및 프레스시의 상기 금속원재료 분말을 50∼100℃의 범위내의 온도로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펀치와 금속원료분말이 접하는 면을 음극 펠릿의 전자방출면으로 하고, 펀치와 금속원료분말이 접할 때의, 펀치의 다이에 대한 상대속도를 0.5∼5cm/s의 범위내로 하고, 또한 가압시간을 1∼7초의 범위내로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극의 제조방법.
- 다공질 금속 소결체의 공구멍부에 전자방사물질을 함침시킨 음극 펠릿을 구비한 함침형 음극의 제조방법으로써, 금속원료분말을 프레스 성형하여 다공질 기체를 형성하는 프레스 성형공정과, 상기 다공질 기체를 소결하여 다공질 금속 소결체를 형성하는 소결공정을 포함하고, 프레스 압력을 조절함으로써 프레스 성형후의 상기 다공질 기체의 평균 공구멍율을 제어하고, 소결온도를 조절함으로써 소결후의 상기 다공질 소결체의 평균 공구멍율을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 프레스 성형공정에 있어서, 펀치의 강하속도와 가압시간을 조절함으로써 상기 다공질 금속 소결체의 공구멍율 분포를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 프레스 성형후의 상기 다공질 기체의 평균 공구멍율(D체적%)과 소결후의 상기 다공질 금속 소결체의 평균 공구멍율(d체적%)간에 이하의 관계가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극의 제조방법.d + 10 ≤ D ≤ d + 20
- 다공질 금속 소결체의 공구멍부에 전자방사물질을 함침시킨 음극 펠릿을 구비한 함침형 음극의 제조방법으로써, 상기 전자방사물질의 용융시에 상기 다공질 금속 소결체의 전표면에 상기 전자방사물질이 접촉하도록, 상기 다공질 금속 소결체와 상기 전자방사물질을 함침 용기에 배치하고, 상기 전자방사물질을 상기 다공질 금속 소결체의 공구멍부에 함침시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 함침용기에 깊이를 균일하게 하여 전자방사물질을 충전하고, 상기 전자방사물질의 깊이방향의 대략 중앙부 또는 상기 전자방사물질의 최상면상에 상기 다공질 금속 소결체를 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 함침용기에 충전하는 상기 전자방사물질의 중량이 함침용기내에 배치된 다공질 금속 소결체에 함침될 수 있는 중량의 10∼100배의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 함침 처리후의 음극 펠릿을 알루미나 볼과 함께 용기에 넣어 쉐이킹 한 후, 물안에서 초음파 세정을 행함으로써, 잉여전자 방사물질을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극의 제조방법.
