Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 음극 활물질 표면에 전해액 흡수 기능이 뛰어난 금속 산화물층이 형성되거나, 또는 음극 활물질과 전해액 흡수 기능이 뛰어난 금속 산화물 분말이 함께 첨가되어 형성된 리튬이온 2차 전지의 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물이 마그네슘 옥사이드(MgO), 알루미늄 옥사이드(Al2O3), 바륨 옥사이드(BaO), 아연 옥사이드(ZnO) 등에서 선택한 어느 하나, 또는 2 이상의 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차 전지의 음극.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물의 사용량이 1∼5 wt% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차 전지의 음극.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물 분말의 입자 크기가 5 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차 전지의 음극.
