Claims (6)
- 비수성 용매 및, 리튬이온을 방출할 수 있는 플루오르함유 전해질로 이루어진 리튬2차전지용 전해액에 있어서, HF는 30 ppm 미만의 양으로 전해액에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬2차전지용 전해액.
- 50 ppm 미만의 알콜을 함유한 비수성 용매 및, 리튬이온을 방출할 수 있는 플루오르함유 전해질로 이루어진 리튬2차전지용 전해액에 있어서, HF는 30 ppm 미만의 양으로 전해액에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬2차전지용 전해액.
- 20 ppm 미만의 디올을 함유한 비수성 용매 및, 리튬이온을 방출할 수 있는 플루오르함유 전해질로 이루어진 리튬2차전지용 전해액에 있어서, HF는 30 ppm 미만의 양으로 전해액에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬2차전지용 전해액.
- 30 ppm 미만의 모노알콜을 함유한 비수성 용매 및, 리튬이온을 방출할 수 있는 플루오르함유 전해질로 이루어진 리튬2차전지용 전해액에 있어서, HF는 30 ppm 미만의 양으로 전해액에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬2차전지용 전해액.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비수성전해액은, 고리카보네이트류로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 한 종류의 고 유전율 용매(a), 그리고 사슬카보네이트류, 에테르류, 락톤류, 니트릴류, 에스테르류 및 아미드류로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 한 종류의 저 점도 용매(b)를 (a):(b) = 1:9 내지 4:1의 체적비로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬2차전지용 전해액.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오르함유 전해질은, 플루오로인산염, 플루오로붕산염, 플루오로비산염, 및 트리플레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 한 전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬2차전지용 전해액.
