Claims (11)
- 기어박스 케이싱 (1) 에 장착된 차동기어 케이스 (2) 를 구비하며, 그 차동기어 케이스 (2) 가 크라운 휠 (6) 을 통하여 제 3 운동 샤프트 (5 : third motion shaft) 의 구동 피니언 (4) 에 연결되며, 차축 (9 ; axle shaft) 이 간극이 없거나 미리 장력이 가해진 롤링 베어링 (11) 에 의해 차동기어 케이스 (2) 에 장착되어 있는 차동기어 (differential gearing) 에 있어서, 상기 차축 (9) 이 균일한 벽두께를 지니는 박벽 (thin-walled) 의 니이들 롤러 부시 (12) 에 장착되며, 상기 롤러 부시 (12) 의 궤도면 (16 ; raceway) 이 적어도 하나의 주변 영역에, 횡단면에서 보아 원형이 아닌 탄성적으로 굽은 궤도면 만곡부 (18) 를 구비하며, 이에따라 상기 차축 (9) 이 궤도면 만곡부 (18) 와 이 궤도면 만곡부 (18) 에 대향하는 궤도면 (17) 사이의 적어도 하나의 니이들 롤러 (13) 에 의해 반경방향으로 미리 장력이 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 차동기어.
- 기어박스 케이싱 (1) 에 장착된 차동기어 케이스 (2) 를 구비하며, 그 차동기어 케이스 (2) 가 크라운 휠 (6) 을 통하여 제 3 운동 샤프트 (5) 의 구동 피니언 (4) 에 연결되며, 차축 (9) 이 간극이 없거나 미리 장력이 가해진 롤링 베어링 (11) 에 의해 차동기어 케이스 (2) 에 장착되어 있는 차동기어에 있어서, 상기 차축 (9) 이 균일한 벽두께를 지니는 박벽의 니이들 롤러 부시 (12) 에 장착되며, 상기 니이들 롤러 부시 (12) 의 궤도면 (16) 이 적어도 하나의 주변 영역에, 종단면에서 보아 니이들 롤러 베어링 (11) 의 중심을 향하여 탄성적으로 굽은 궤도면 만곡부 (18) 를 구비하며, 이에따라 상기 차축 (9) 이 궤도면 만곡부 (18) 와 이 궤도면 만곡부 (18) 에 대향하는 궤도면 (17) 사이의 적어도 하나의 니이들 롤러 (13) 에 의해 반경방향으로 미리 장력이 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 차동기어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니이들 롤러 부시 (12) 의 궤도면 (16)이 상호간에 120°로 오프셋된 3 개의 주변 영역들에 궤도면 만곡부 (18) 를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 차동기어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니이들 롤러 부시 (12) 는 그 주변의 한 지점에 슬릿 (slit) 을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 차동기어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 (11) 의 케이지 (14 ; cage) 는 그 주변의 한 지점에 케이지 (14) 의 상호 대향하는 단면에 의해 형성된 축방향으로 연장하는 슬릿 (15) 을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 차동기어.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 케이지 (14) 의 단면들은 스프링 요소에 의하여 미리 장력이 가해진 상태에서 보지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 차동기어.
- 기어박스 케이싱 (1) 에 장착된 차동기어 케이스 (2) 를 구비하며, 그 차동기어 케이스 (2) 가 크라운 휠 (6) 을 통하여 제 3 운동 샤프트 (5) 의 구동 피니언 (4) 에 연결되며, 차축 (9) 이 간극이 없거나 미리 장력이 가해진 롤링 베어링 (11) 에 의해 차동기어 케이스 (2) 에 장착되어 있는 차동기어에 있어서, 상기 차축 (9) 은 니이들 롤러 (13) 를 지니는 균일한 벽두께의 박벽의 니이들 롤러 부시 (12) 에 장착되며, 상기 니이들 롤러 (13) 와 상기 니이들 롤러 부시 (12) 의 내측 주변 표면사이에 링 (19) 이 정렬되며, 상기 링 (19) 의 궤도면의 원형이 아닌 탄성적으로 굽은 궤도면 만곡부 (18)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 차동기어.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 니이들 롤러 부시 (12) 의 궤도면 (16) 이 상호간에 120° 로 오프셋된 3 개의 주변 영역들에 궤도면 만곡부 (18) 를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 차동기어.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 니이들 롤러 부시 (12) 는 그 주변의 한 지점에 슬릿을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 차동기어.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 (11) 의 케이지 (14) 는 그 주변의 한 지점에 케이지 (14) 의 상호 대향하는 단면에 의해 형성된 축방향으로 연장하는 슬릿 (15) 을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 차동기어.
