Abstract
본 발명은 기어 박스 케이싱(1)에 장착되고, 크라운 휠(6)을 경유하여 제3운동 샤프트(5:third motion shaft)의 구동 피니언(4)에 연결된 차동 케이스(2)를 포함하며, 차축 샤프트(9:axle shaft)들이 차동 케이스(2)에 장착되는 차동기어 (differential gearing)를 제공하며, 상기 차축샤프트(9)들은 틈새없는 (clearance -free) 또는 예-인장된(pre-tensioned) 롤링 베어링(11)상의 차동 케이스(2)에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 승용차의 차동기어의 종단면도, 제2도는 차동 케이스와 그 내부에 장착된 플랜지 샤프트 사이에 배치된 니이들 롤러 부시(needle roller bush)의 단면도, 제3도는 니이들 롤러 부시의 부분 종단면도, 제4도는 링이 삽입된 니이들 롤러 부시의 부분 종단면도.
Claims (8)
- 기어박스 케이싱(1)에 장착되고, 크라운 휠(6)을 경유하여 제3운동 샤프트 (5:third motion shaft)의 구동피니언(4)에 연결된 차동 케이스(2)를 포함하며, 차축 샤프트(9:axle shaft)들리 차동 케이스(2)에 장착되는 차동기업 (differential gearing)에 있어서, 상기 차축샤프트(9)들은 틈새없는(clearance-free) 또는 예-인장된(pre-tensioned) 롤링 베어링(11)상의 차동 케이스(2)에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차동기어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차축 샤프트(9)들은, 단면에서 볼때 그것의 홈 (16:raceway)이 적어도 하나의 주변영역에 홈의 원형에서 벗어나는 탄성발생 볼록체(18)를 포함하는 균일한 벽두께의 박벽(thin-walled)니이들 롤러 부시(12)에 장착되어, 상기 차축 샤프트(9)들이 적어도 하나의 니이들 롤러(13)에 의해 홈 볼록체(18)와 대향 홈(17) 사이에서 방사상으로 예-연장되는 차동기어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차축 샤프트(9)들은 종단면에서 볼때 그것의 홈(16)이 적어도 하나의 주변 영역에 베어링(11)의 중심을 향하는 탄성발생 볼록체(18)를 포함하는 균일한 벽 두께의 박벽 니이들 롤러 부시(12)에 장착되어 상기 차축 샤프트 (9)들이 적어도 하나의 니이들 롤러(13)에 의해 홈 볼록체(18)와 대향 홈(17) 사이에서 방사상으로 예-인장되는 차동기어.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 상기 니이들 롤러 부시(12)의 홈(16)은 상호간에 120°로 오프셋된 3개의 주변 영역들에 홈 볼록체(18)들을 포함하는 차동기어.
- 선행항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 니이들 롤러 부시(12)는 그것의 하나의 주변 지점에 슬릿(slit)을 포함하는 차동기어.
- 선행항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 베어링(11)의 케이지(14:cage)는 그 주변의 한 지점에 케이지(14)의 상호 대향 단면들에 의해 형성된 축방향 연장 슬릿 (15)을 포함하는 차동기어.
