Abstract

디알킬 클로로말레이트 또는 클로로푸마레이트 또는 이들의 혼합물과 임의로 암모니아 존재하에 암모늄염 및 적당하게 치환된 α,β-불포화 알데히드 또는 케톤의 반응에 의한 디알킬 피리딘카르복실레이트 화합물 및 이의 유도체의 제조 방법을 제공한다.

Description

클로로말레이트 또는 클로로푸마레이트 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 치환 및 비치한-2, 3-피리딘디카르복실레이트의 제조 방법
피리딘-2, 3-디카르복실레이트는, 매우 효과적인 제초성-2-(2-이미다졸린-2-일)니코틴 산, 에스테르 및 염의 제조에 유용한 중간체이다.
본 발명의 목적은, 디알킬클로로말레이트 또는 디알킬클로로푸마레이트 또는 그의 혼합물, 암모늄 염, 임의로 암모니아 존재하, 및 적당하게 치환된 α,β-불포화 알데히드 또는 케톤을 사용하는 치환 또는 비치환-2,3-피리딘디카르복실레이트의 제조 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
상기 언급된 본 발명은, 하기 일반식 Ⅰ의 치환 및 비치환-2,3-피리딘디카르복실레이트의 제조에 대한 신규한 방법에 관련된다:

Claims (6)

  1. 하기 일반식 Ⅱ 또는 Ⅲ의 화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물 ;
    상기 식에서, R은 C1-C6알킬임)을 용매의 존재하, 임의로 암모니아의 존재하에, 암모늄 염과 반응시켜 중간체를 형성하고, 상기 중간체를 하기 일반식 Ⅳ의 α,β-불포화 알데히드 또는 케톤;
    (상기 식에서, X, Y 및 Z는 하기하는 바와 같음)과 산의 존재하에 반응시켜 일반식Ⅰ의 피리딘디카르복실레이트 화합물을 형성하는 것으로 구성되는, 하기 일반식Ⅰ을 특징으로 하는 화합물의 제조방법:
    (상기 식에서, R은 C1-C6알킬; X 및 Z는 수소이고, Y는 수소, 또는, 하나 내지 세개의 할로겐 또는 C1-C4알콕시기로 임의로 치환된 C1-C6알킬임).
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, Y는 수소, 또는, 하나 내지 세개의 할로겐 또는 C1-C4알콕시기로 임의로 치환된 C1-C4알킬인 일반식 Ⅰ의 피리딘디카르복실레이트의 화합물의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 용매는 극성 용매이고, 산은 아세트산인 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 중간체가 45℃ 이상의 온도에서 형성되는 방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 일반식 Ⅰ의 피리딘디카르복실레이트 화합물이 45℃ 이상의 온도에서 형성되는 방법.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 일반식 Ⅳ의 α,β-불포화 알데히드 또는 케톤이 1몰 당량 이상의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
