Description
本發明是一種氣體包裝袋結構,特別是一種可多次充放氣之止氣結構。
止氣閥是一種設置在封閉塑膠薄膜經由熱封接著形成的氣體包裝袋內,其能由外部將氣體充入氣體包裝袋內,並以止氣閥阻止空氣逆流而防止包裝袋內之氣體外洩之問題。止氣閥一般由兩片薄膜不完全的貼合在一起,並經由熱封手段接著而在此兩片薄膜之間形成氣體通道,使氣體可通過氣體通道向包裝袋內充氣,隨著包裝袋內氣體不斷增加,包裝袋內的壓力不斷增大,這樣當停止充氣時,止氣閥的兩片薄膜在氣體壓力作用下貼合,這樣就可防止包裝袋內的氣體向外流出。
採用止氣閥結構的氣體包裝袋在進行放氣時,一般需要將一氣管通過止氣閥的氣體通道插入到包裝袋內進行排氣。但在實際應用中,由於止氣閥的兩片薄膜在包裝袋內的氣體壓力作用下貼合,造成氣管很難順利的通過止氣閥的氣體通道插入到包裝袋內進行放氣,有時氣管甚至可能會將破壞止氣閥(例如刺穿止氣閥而造成其薄膜破損)使包裝袋漏氣。再者,止氣閥係由二片薄膜所組成,若在以熱封接著此二片薄膜而形成氣體通道,此氣體通道具有紋形,會造成氣管根本無法置入,因而無法放氣再進行二次充氣使用,導致使用者在使用此種氣體包裝袋相當不便。
有鑑於此,本發明提出一種可多次充放氣之止氣結構,包含:複數外膜;氣室區,經由熱封接著複數外膜所形成,包含緩衝部與儲氣部,緩衝部之面積小於儲氣部之面積;止氣閥,經由熱封接著而定位於複數外膜之間,止氣閥之一部分位於該緩衝部內,另一部分露出於複數外膜;及曲折部,經由熱封接著複數外膜所形成,位於緩衝部與儲氣部之間,曲折部包含連接口,連通緩衝部與儲氣部;當氣管置入止氣閥內而將氣體充入氣室區,儲氣部充氣膨脹之高度大於緩衝部而形成段差,使儲氣部以曲折部為中心點朝緩衝部彎折而封閉連接口,緩衝部內之氣體壓迫止氣閥,以閉合止氣閥而達到雙重閉氣效果。
本發明亦提出一種可多次充放氣之止氣結構,包含:複數外膜;止氣閥,經由熱封接著而定位於複數外膜之間,止氣閥包含複數第一內膜、複數第二內膜及緩衝部,複數第一內膜之一部分露出於複數外膜,複數第二內膜位於複數第一內膜之間並且部分露出於複數第一內膜,緩衝部位於複數第一內膜之間,面積小於儲氣部之面積;及曲折部,經由熱封接著複數外膜所形成,位於緩衝部與儲氣部之間,曲折部包含連接口,連通緩衝部與儲氣部;當氣體經由止氣閥內而充入儲氣部,儲氣部內之氣體壓迫止氣閥而封閉連接口,緩衝部內之氣體壓迫複數第二內膜,使複數第二內膜相貼合而達到雙重閉氣效果。
本發明在氣室區以熱封接著方式而形成一個較小的緩衝部與一個較大的儲氣部,在進行充氣時,氣體從止氣閥先流入緩衝部,再通過連接口流入到儲氣區而充氣膨脹。由於緩衝部之區域較小,充氣後內壓較低,又由於止氣閥在的進氣處位於緩衝部內,當氣管通過止氣閥的氣體通道插入緩衝部時所受的阻力較小,從而可方便氣管的插入,這樣就可使儲氣部多次充分的充氣、放氣,延長其使用壽命,節約成本。
以下在實施方式中詳細敘述本發明之詳細特徵以及優點,其內容足以使任何熟習相關技藝者瞭解本發明之技術內容並據以實施,且根據本說明書所揭露之內容、申請專利範圍及圖式,任何熟習相關技藝者可輕易地理解本發明相關之目的及優點。
請參閱第1圖、第2圖、第3圖及第4圖所示,其係為本發明之第一實施例中所揭露之可多次充放氣之止氣結構。
本發明的可多次充放氣之止氣結構1包括:二片外膜2a與2b、二片第一內膜11a、止氣閥10、氣室區5、曲折部6。
二片外膜2a與2b上下疊合,可經由熱封手段形成熱封線3a、3b、3c、3d接著而形成氣室區5。二片外膜2a與2b在以熱封手段形成氣室區5後,可經由熱封手段形成曲折部6,將二片外膜2a與2b之間的空間區隔為緩衝部51與儲氣部52,其中,緩衝部51之面積小於儲氣部52之面積。再者,儲氣部52可經由熱封線3e區隔為複數個較小的氣柱521。在此,熱封順序僅為舉例,非因此限制本發明,特此說明。
二片第一內膜11a上下疊合,可經由熱封手段形成熱封線4a、4b接著形成止氣閥10。止氣閥10經由熱封手段形成熱封線4f接著而定位於二片外膜2a與2b之間,並且止氣閥10之一部分位於二片外膜2a與2b之間,即位於緩衝部51內,另一部分露出於二片外膜2a與2b,因此可經由止氣閥10連通氣室區5之內部、外部。在熱封形成熱封線4f後,熱封線4f之側邊可形成引導通道18,用以引導氣管9置入或移出止氣閥10。再者,止氣閥10可採用四層膜結構,相當於止氣閥10由四片膜所組成,即止氣閥10由複數第二內膜11b疊合於複數第一內膜11a之間所構成,使止氣閥10更加地結實耐用,延長止氣閥10的使用壽命。
此外,二片第一內膜11b之間具有耐熱材1c,熱封線3a接著二片外膜2a與2b、二片外膜2a與2b時,二片第一內膜11a在耐熱材1c處不接著而形成可供氣體流通之開口1d。前述之耐熱材1c較佳地可為耐熱油墨,塗佈於二片第一內膜11b之間,或者可為耐熱擋片,置於二片第一內膜11b,於熱封線3a接著完成後取出耐熱擋片,但本發明之耐熱材1c非以耐熱油墨或耐熱擋片為限。前述關於耐熱材1c之設置僅為舉例,其可依據實際設計需求設置於二片第一內膜11a之間。
前述之曲折部6為可經由熱封接著二片外膜2a與2b所形成,位於緩衝部51與儲氣部52之間,並且曲折部6具有熱封部61、62,並於熱封部61、62之間設有一個以上之連接口63,連通緩衝部51與儲氣部52。在此,曲折部6之一側為緩衝部51,位於緩衝部51內之止氣閥10較佳地可對應連接口63設置,使氣管9可穿過止氣閥10後再穿過連接口63,而對儲氣部52直接進行充氣、放氣。在此,熱封部61可為直線狀或曲線狀之熱封線結構,熱封部62可為多邊形的熱封區塊或由直線狀或曲線狀之熱封線連接的多邊形區塊,二片外膜2a與2b在熱封形成熱封部61、62處無法充氣膨脹,因而可使氣室區5在充氣膨脹後,於熱封部61、62處形成可彎折之效果。惟前述關於止氣閥10可對應連接口63設置之方式及熱封部61、62之結構僅為舉例,本發明非以此為限,例如熱封部61可為直線狀或曲線狀之熱封線並連接多邊形區塊(如第3及5圖所示),熱封部61、62的其中一部份應為在同一直線上,使熱封部61、62之間的連接口63形成於此直線上。
充氣時,氣體從止氣閥10的二片第二內膜11b之間進入到緩衝部51內,經由連接口63對儲氣部52進行充氣,而由於緩衝部51之面積小於儲氣部52之面積,緩衝部51內的氣壓小,隨著儲氣部52內氣壓的逐漸升高,會以曲折部6為中心點朝緩衝部51彎折,使得位於連接口63處的二片外膜2a與2b彎折而封閉連接口63,防止儲氣部52的氣體外洩(如第4、4a及6圖所示),從而可有效防儲氣部52漏氣而達到第一次閉氣效果。緩衝部51內之氣體壓迫止氣閥10之二片第二內膜11b貼合在一起,防止氣體經由止氣閥10逆流而外洩,藉以達到第二次閉氣效果,因此,本發明可經由曲折部6與止氣閥10達到雙重閉氣之效果。
進行放氣時,可將氣管9穿過止氣閥10上的引導通道18插入到儲氣部52內,止氣閥10之一端位於緩衝部51內,由於緩衝部51體積較小,特別是當曲折部6收縮使儲氣部52彎曲後,緩衝部51的壓力相對於緩衝部51較小,使得氣管9沿引導通道18插入時受的阻力較小,較容易插入。在習知結構中,氣管抽出會將止氣閥拉傷或同時將止氣閥拉出造成其毀損,因此在本發明中,止氣閥10經由熱封線4f接著而穩固地定位於二片外膜2a與2b之間,可有效防止氣管9的抽出時將止氣閥10的內膜1a、1b拉傷或者從引導通道18內帶出之問題。
請參閱第7圖所示,其係為本發明之第二實施例中所揭露之可多次充放氣之止氣結構。本實施例與第一實施例最大的差別在於曲折部6之結構。在本實施例中,曲折部6之熱封部61為彎曲狀之熱封線,其具有鄰近緩衝部51之彎折側6a,連接口63則形成於熱封線3a與熱封部61之間,使得氣體經過彎曲之彎折側6a才能到連接口63,以強化其閉氣效果。此外,本發明可於止氣閥10設置多邊形狀的熱封部62而形成扁平的緩衝坡(如第8圖所示),使充氣後儲氣部52膨脹後在連接口63自然曲折而達到閉氣效果。
請參閱第9圖所示,其係為本發明之第三實施例中所揭露之可多次充放氣之止氣結構。本實施例與前述實施例最大的差別在於儲氣部52之結構。在本實施例中,儲氣部52經由熱封線3e區隔為兩個相互獨立之氣柱521,每一個氣柱521均配合前述實施例之緩衝部51、曲折部6及止氣閥10使用,在此不再累述,藉此當任一個氣柱521破損,另一個氣柱521仍可提供緩衝保護之效果。
請參閱第10及11圖所示,其係為本發明之第四實施例中所揭露之可多次充放氣之止氣結構。本實施例與前述實施例最大的差別在於止氣閥10及緩衝部51之結構。在本實施例中,止氣閥10包含複數第一內膜11a及複數第二內膜11b,複數第一內膜11a相疊合且其一部分露出於二片外膜2a與2b,複數第二內膜11b相疊合且位於複數第一內膜之間,並且複數第二內膜11b之部分露出於複數第一內膜11a。複數第一內膜11a為可經由熱封手段形成熱封線4a、4b、4c而接著,並於複數第一內膜11a之間具有耐熱材1c,熱封線3a接著複數第一內膜11a、二片外膜2a與2b時,複數第一內膜11a在耐熱材1c處不接著而形成可供氣體流通之開口1d。複數第二內膜11b為可經由熱封手段形成熱封線41a、41b、41c、41d而接著,再者,可依據實際結構設計,可於複數第二內膜11b之間設有耐熱材1c而形成開口11d。在本實施例中,緩衝部51位於複數第一內膜11a之間,其中,緩衝部51之一部分位於複數第一內膜11a與二片外膜2a、2b疊合之區域,其面積小於儲氣部52之面積。
此外,經由熱封手段接著複數第二內膜11b而形成熱封線4f(或可同時接著複數第一內膜11a與複數第二內膜11b),於熱封線4f之側邊可形成引導通道18,用以引導氣管9置入或移出止氣閥10。再者,曲折部6為可經由熱封接著二片外膜2a與2b、二片第一內膜11a所形成,位於緩衝部51與儲氣部52之間。
充氣時以氣管9從開口11d充氣,或可再穿過開口1d或連接口63直接對儲氣部52充氣,反之放氣亦然。充完氣後將氣管9抽出,儲氣部52內之氣體壓迫二片第一內膜11a而使二片第一內膜11a貼合在一起,藉以封閉連接口63;而氣管9內的氣體會循連接口63流入緩衝部51,緩衝部51會因氣體膨脹後會壓止氣閥10使氣體無法經由止氣閥10逆流而形成閉氣,即可達到自動止氣之目的,同時達到雙重閉氣效果(如第12及12a圖所示)。又因緩衝部51之區域較小,故其內氣體內壓低,當需要放氣的時候,以氣管9循開口11d插入,經開口1d到達連接口63,即可順利放氣。在放氣時,抽出氣管9時複數第二內膜11b以熱封線4f定位,故不會拉裂止氣閥10,可以順利抽出氣管9。
雖然本發明的技術內容已經以較佳實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟習此技藝者,在不脫離本發明之精神所作些許之更動與潤飾,皆應涵蓋於本發明的範疇內,因此本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (10)
- 一種可多次充放氣之止氣結構,包含:複數外膜;一氣室區,經由熱封接著該些外膜所形成,包含一緩衝部與一儲氣部,該緩衝部之面積小於該儲氣部之面積;一止氣閥,經由熱封接著而定位於該些外膜之間,該止氣閥之一部分位於該緩衝部內,另一部分露出於該些外膜;及一曲折部,經由熱封接著該些外膜所形成,位於該緩衝部與該儲氣部之間,該曲折部包含一連接口,連通該緩衝部與該儲氣部;當氣體經由該止氣閥內而充入該氣室區,該儲氣部充氣膨脹之高度大於該緩衝部而形成段差,使該儲氣部以該曲折部為中心點朝該緩衝部彎折而封閉該連接口,該緩衝部內之氣體壓迫該止氣閥,以閉合該止氣閥而達到雙重閉氣效果。
- 如請求項1之可多次充放氣之止氣結構,其中該止氣閥具有一耐熱材,經由熱封接著而形成一入氣口,該氣管穿過該入氣口而置入該緩衝部或該儲氣部,該止氣閥由複數第一內膜經由熱封接著所形成。

- 一種可多次充放氣之止氣結構,包含:複數外膜;一止氣閥,經由熱封接著而定位於該些外膜之間,該止氣閥包含複數第一內膜、複數第二內膜及一緩衝部,該些第一內膜之一部分露出於該些外膜,該些第二內膜位於該些第一內膜之間並且部分露出於該些第一內膜,該緩衝部位於該些第一內膜之間,面積小於該儲氣部之面積;及一曲折部,經由熱封接著該些外膜所形成,位於該緩衝部與該儲氣部之間,該曲折部包含一連接口,連通該緩衝部與該儲氣部;當氣體經由該止氣閥內而充入該儲氣部,該儲氣部內之氣體壓迫該止氣閥而封閉該連接口,該緩衝部內之氣體壓迫該些第二內膜,使該些第二內膜相貼合而達到雙重閉氣效果。
- 如請求項7之可多次充放氣之止氣結構,其中該些第二內膜貼附於其中一片該第一內膜。
- 如請求項7之可多次充放氣之止氣結構,其中該止氣閥更包含一引導通道,用以引導一氣管置入或移出該止氣閥。
- 如請求項7之可多次充放氣之止氣結構,其中該曲折部包含一彎折側,鄰近該緩衝部。
