Description
さらに、逆止弁は2枚のフィルムから構成され、ヒートシールでこの2枚のフィルムを接着して気体通路を形成し、この気体通路に模様の形状を持たせた場合、エアパイプを挿入することができなくなり、気体を放出して再度二回目の気体を注入して使用することができなくなるため、使用者がこのような気体包装袋を使用するとき非常に不便である。
しかし、前述の逆止弁10を連接口63に対応させて設置する方式及びヒートシール部61、62の構造は例を挙げたのみであり、本発明はこれに限定されず、例えばヒートシール部61を直線状または曲線状のヒートシール線として、多辺形区域に連接させ(図3及び図5参照)、ヒートシール部61、62の一部が同一の直線上にあり、ヒートシール部61、62の間の連接口63をこの直線上に形成するようにしてもよい。
緩衝部51内の気体が圧迫して逆止弁10の2枚の第2内部フィルム11bを相互に貼り付かせ、気体が逆止弁10を介して逆流し、外部に漏れ出ないように防止し、これにより第2の気体封鎖効果を達することができる。このため、本発明は折り曲げ部6と逆止弁10により二重の気体封鎖効果を達することができる。

Claims (6)
- 複数回の気体注入と放出が可能な気体封鎖構造体であって、
複数の外部フィルムと、
ヒートシールで前記外部フィルムを接着して形成され、緩衝部とエア貯蔵部を含み、前記緩衝部の面積が前記エア貯蔵部の面積より小さいエア保持区域と、
ヒートシールで接着されて前記外部フィルムの間に位置決めされ、その一部が前記緩衝部内に位置し、別の一部が前記外部フィルムから露出された逆止弁と、
ヒートシールで前記外部フィルムを接着して形成され、前記緩衝部と前記エア貯蔵部の間に位置し、前記緩衝部と前記エア貯蔵部を連通する連接口を含む折り曲げ部を含み、
気体が前記逆止弁内を経由して前記エア保持区域に注入され、前記エア貯蔵部が気体の注入によって膨張した高さと前記緩衝部が気体の注入によって膨張した高さとの間に段差が形成され、前記折り曲げ部を中心として前記緩衝部に向かって前記エア貯蔵部が折れ曲がり、前記連接口が封鎖されると共に、前記緩衝部内の気体が前記逆止弁を圧迫し、前記逆止弁を閉じ合わせて二重の気体封鎖効果を達するよう構成したことを特徴とする、複数回の気体注入と放出が可能な気体封鎖構造体。 - 前記逆止弁が耐熱材を備え、ヒートシールにより接着されて入氣口が形成され、前記入氣口にエアパイプを穿通させて前記緩衝部または前記エア貯蔵部に配置し、前記逆止弁が複数の第1内部フィルムをヒートシールで接着して形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複数回の気体注入と放出が可能な気体封鎖構造体。
- 前記逆止弁がさらに前記第1内部フィルムの間に位置する複数の第2内部フィルムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の複数回の気体注入と放出が可能な気体封鎖構造体。
- 前記第2内部フィルムが前記第1内部フィルムのうちの1枚に貼付され、前記入氣口が第2内部フィルムのうちの1枚と耐熱材との間に位置することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の複数回の気体注入と放出が可能な気体封鎖構造体。
- 前記逆止弁がさらに、前記逆止弁に対するエアパイプの挿入または取り出しをガイドするガイド通路を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複数回の気体注入と放出が可能な気体封鎖構造体。
- 前記折り曲げ部の前記緩衝部側に、折り曲げ辺を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複数回の気体注入と放出が可能な気体封鎖構造体。
