Claims (7)
- 휘일 가속도 및 휘일 슬립에 따라 휘일을 헛돌게 하는 휘일 브레이크에서 브레이크 압력을 제어할 수 있는 브레이크 조정 장치를 통해 트랙션 슬립 제어를 나타내는 차량용 회로 구성에 있어서, 사전 설정되는 고정된 기본 값(기본 문턱 값(GS))과 휘일 슬립 가속도로부터 유도된 부분으로 이루어진 가변 제어 문턱 값(GS)이 형성되고, 휘일 슬릭(VR)은 제어 문턱 값(RS)과 대략 일치되고, 상기 제어 문턱 값(RS)과 상기 휘일 슬립(VR)간의 차이는 제어 편차로서 결정되며, 압력 증가 및/또는 압력 감소 그라디언트를 포함하는 압력 패턴(P)은 제어 편차 및 휘일 슬립 가속도에 따라 제어 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회로 구성.
- 제1항에 있어서, 브레이크 압력 패턴(P)의 제어시 휘일 브레이크에서 제어되는 브레이크 압력은 제어 편차 및 휘일 슬립 가속도에 따라 추가적으로 참작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회로 구성.
- 제2항에 있어서, 휘일 브레이크에서 우세한 압력은 판단 기준 및 신호의 분석을 통하는 압력 모델에 의해 대략적으로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회로 구성.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어 문턱 값은 다음 공식,RS=GS+f(+b)(여기서, 기본 문턱 값(GS)은 사전 설정된 슬립 값에 상당하며, 보정 계수 값(f(+b))은 필터된 휘일 슬립 가속도의 함수이다)에 따라 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회로 구성.
- 제4항에 있어서, 보정 계수 값(f(+b))에공식,f(+b)=-k×bgef(여기서, k는 상수, bgef는 필터된 슬립 가속도이다)이 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회로 구성.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 차량 속도(VFZ)에 좌우되는 사전 설정된 휘일 슬립 값은 기본 문턱값(GS)으로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회로 구성.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 휘일 슬립(VR)이 제어 문턱 값(RS)을 초과할 경우에는 브레이크 압력이 증가되며, 휘일 슬립(VR)이 제어 문턱 값(RS)이하로 하강할 경우에는 브레이크 압력이 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회로 구성.
