Claims (5)
- 산화물재료로 주로 형성되는 관벽을 가지는 인벨로프관 및 상기 인벨로프관내에 봉입된 방전매체에 의하여 구성된 방전관 조립체와, 상기 방전관 조립체내에 방전을 발생시키는 수단을 포함하는 방전등에 있어서, 질화물을 포함하고, 적어도 상기 인벨로프관의 내부표면 근방에 부분적으로 형성되는 질화물층을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 질화물층은 관벽의 깊이 방향으로 질화물 함량이 연속적이면서 완만한 감소를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전등.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 질화물층은 상기 인벨로프관의 관벽을 구성하는 산화물재료내의 산소원자를 질소원자로 치환함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전등.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 질화물층은 상기 인벨로프관의 관벽 표면상에 질화물을 호함하는 막을 피막하고, 관벽의 산화물내의 산소원자 및 막내의 질소원자를 용융 및 치환함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전등.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 질화물층은 질화물의 함량이 상기 질화물층 표면상의 질화물 함량의 50%로 감소되는 부분에서의 깊이가 표면으로부터 10㎛ 이상이 되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전등.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방전관 내에 관통구멍이 형성되고, 상기 방전발생수단의 콘덕터가 무기접착제로 상기 관통구멍내에 삽입 및 봉입되고, 적어도 상기 관통구멍의 내부 표면상의 질화막층은 질화물의 함량이 상기 질화물층 표면상의 질화물 함량의 50%로 감소되는 부분에서의 깊이가 표면으로부터 100㎛ 이하가 되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전등.
