Abstract

본 고안은 대변이 착용자의 가랑이 사이에 확산되는것, 특히 비뇨기 및 성기에 붙는 것을 방지하고자 하는 것이다. 기저귀 본체의 윗면에 신축성 시이트를 두어 비뇨기 및 항문이 마주 보고있는 부위의 상기 시이트에 서로 독립된 구멍을 갖는 일회용 기저귀이다.

본 고안은 배설물을 흡수 유지시키기 위한 일회용 기저귀에 관한 것이다.
일본 특허 출원 제91-231664호 공보에는 투액성 내면 시이트와 불투액성 외면 시이트의 사이에 흡액성 패널을 개재시키고, 투액성 내면 시이트의 상면에 제2투액성 내면 시이트의 길이 방향의 양 단부를 결합시킨 일회용 기저귀가 개시되어 있다.
공지된 기저귀에 있어서, 제2투액성 내면 시이트는 기저귀를 착용자의 가랑이 사이에 밀착시켜 대변을 유지하도록 만들어져 있다. 그러나, 제2투액성 내면 시이트가 가랑이 사이에 밀착된 상태로 및 대변의 성상에 의해서는 대변이 착용자의 살갗과 제2투액성 내면 시이트와의 사이에서 눌려서 쉽게 유동 확산되어 살갗을 광범위하게 더럽히게 된다. 특히, 대변이 비뇨기 및 성기에 붙게 되어 위생상 심각한 문제가 된다.
본 고안의 과제는 제2투액성 내면 시이트를 설치하여 이와 같은 결점을 갖지 않는 시이트를 장착하고자 하는 것이다.
본 고안은 투액성 내면 시이트와 불투액성 외면 시이트의 사이에 흡액성 패널을 개재시켜 기저귀 본체를 구성하고, 투액성 내면 시이트의 상면에 제2투액성 내면 시이트를 겹쳐 맞추어 이의 길이 방향의 양 단부를 기저귀 본체에 접합시킨 일회용 기저귀를 전제로 하여 이하와 같은 점을 특징으로 한다.
즉, 제2투액성 내면 시이트는 가로 세로 신축성을 갖는 시이트로 구성되며, 가로 세로로 신장 확대되어 접합을 이루고 있고, 착용자의 비뇨기 및 항문이 대향하는 내면 시이트의 각 부위에서 서로 독립된 개구를 형성하고 있다.
제2투액성 내면 시이트는 착용자의 가랑이 사이에서 밀착되며, 개구 2개중 하나는 비뇨기에, 또한 다른 하나는 항문을 각각 대향하고 있어서 배설된 오줌, 대변이 각각 대향하는 개구로부터 제2투액성 내면 시이트와 이의 아래면에 위치하는 별도의 투액성 내면 시이트의 사이에 직접 유입된다.
[실시예]
도면을 참조하여 본 고안에 관한 기저귀의 실시예를 설명하면 하기와 같다.
제1도 및 제2도에서, 기저귀는 투액성 내면 시이트(1) 부루액성 외며 시이트(2), 내면 시이트(1)와 외면 시이트(2)의 사이에 개재되어 있는 흡액성 패널(3), 내면 시이트(1)와 외면 시이트(2) 양쪽의 사이 및 등쪽 허리 둘레의 내면 시이트(1)와 외면 시이트(2)의 사이에 각각 개재되어 있는 탄성 부재(4,5), 등쪽 허리둘레의 양쪽에 연결된 체결 수단(6)으로 기저귀 본체가 구성되어 있다.
또한, 투액성 내면 시이트(1)의 상면에 제2투액성 내면 시이트(7)를 겹쳐 맞추고, 이의 비스듬한 쇄선으로 나타낸 길이 방향의 양 단부를 내면 시이트(1) 및 외면 시이트(2)에 접합시켜 놓았다. 제2내면 시이트(7)는 가로 세로 신축성을 가지며, 가로 세로로 신장 확대되어 접합을 형성하고, 이렇나 접합된 상태에서 내면시이트(1)의 폭보다 적당히 좁게 되어 있다. 기저귀 착용시, 착용자의 비뇨기 및 항문이 대향하는 부위의 제2내면 시이트(7)에는 각각 배설된 오줌, 대변이 제2 내면 시이트(7)의 상면을 더럽히지 않고 제2내면 시이트(7)를 통과하게 되는 커다란 개구(8,9)를 형성하고 있다. 개구(8,9)는 이의 사이에 부분(10)을 개재시켜 서로 독립되어 있다.
제2내면 시이트(7)는 신장 응력 50∼500g/인치를 부여하고 있다. 한편, 패널(3)은 테이퍼법에 의한 강연도 5∼20g·㎝를 부여하고 있다. 이렇게 함으로써, 제3도에서와 같이, 제2내면 시이트(7)의 신장 응력에 의해 기저귀를 만곡시킬 경우, 양 내면 시이트(1,7) 모두는 서로 가장 멀리 떨어져 이들 부위의 간격이 10㎜ 이상이 되도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
내면 시이트(1,7)에는 부직포를 사용하고, 외면 시이트(2)에는 플라스틱 필름을 사용하고, 패널(3)에는 플랩 펄프에 고 흡수성 중합체를 혼합시킨 것을 사용할 수 있다.
이러한 구조를 갖는 본 고안에 관한 기저귀에 의하면, 제2투액성 내면 시이트가 착용자의 가랑이 사이에 밀착되어 두개의 개구중 하나가 비뇨기에, 다른 하나가 항문에 각각 대향되며, 배설된 오줌, 대변기 각각 대향하고 있는 개구로부터 제2투액성 내면 시이트와 이의 아래면에 위치하는 별개의 투액성 내면 시이트의 사이에 직접 유입되는 것은 전술된 바와 같다. 따라서, 대변이 착용자의 살갗과 제2투액성 내면 시이트의 사이에 눌려 유동 확산되어 살갗을 더럽히는 일이 없다. 특히, 2개의 개구사이에 위치하는 살갗에 밀착되는 제2투액성 내면 시이트 부분이 칸막이 기능을 하여 대변이 비뇨기 및 성기 쪽으로 유동되어 이들에 부착되지 않게 된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 투액성 내면 시이트와 불투액성 오면 시이트의 사이에 흡액성 패널이 개재되어 있는 기저귀 본체를 구성하고, 투액성 내면 시이트의 상면에 제2투액성 내면 시이트를 겹쳐 맞추어 이의 길이 방향 양 단부를 기저귀 본체에 접합시킨 일회용 기저귀에 있어서, 제2투액성 내면 시이트는 가로 세로 신축성을 갖는 시이트로 구성되어 있고, 가로 세로로 신장 확대되어 접합되어 있으며, 착용자의 비뇨기 및 항문과 마주보는 내면 시이트의 각 부위가 서로 독립된 개구를 형성하고 있으며, 양 개구 사이의 내면 시이트 부분은 대변이 비뇨기 쪽으로 유동되는 것을 방지하는 칸막이로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀.
