この考案は、排泄物を吸収保持するための使い捨ておむつに関する。

【従来の技術】
特開平３−２３１６６４号公報には、透液性内面シートと不透液性外面シート との間に吸液性パネルを介在させ、前記透液性内面シートの上面に第２の透液性 内面シートの長さ方向両端部を接合した使い捨ておむつが開示されている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
前記公知のおむつにおいて、第２の透液性内面シートは、それを着用者の股間 に密着させて大便を保持するために設けてある。しかし、その第２の透液性内面 シートの股間への密着状態及び大便の性状によっては、大便が着用者の肌と第２ の透液性内面シートとの間で押圧されて徒に流動拡散してその肌を広範囲に汚す 。特に、大便が泌尿器及び性器に付着し、衛生上極めて問題である。
【０００４】 この考案の課題は、第２の透液性内面シートを設けても、前記欠点がないよう に該シートに創作を施こすことにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この考案は、透液性内面シートと不透液性外面シートとの間に吸液性パネルを 介在させておむつ本体を構成し、前記透液性内面シートの上面に第２の透液性内 面シートを重ね合わせてその長さ方向両端部を前記おむつ本体に接合した使い捨 ておむつを前提とし、次の点を特徴とする。

【００１０】 更に、透液性内面シート１の上面に第２の透液性内面シート７を重ね合わせ、 その斜め鎖線で示す長さ方向両端部を内面シート１及び外面シート２に接合して ある。第２の内面シート７は、縦横伸縮性を有し、縦横へ伸長拡大させて前記接 合をなしてあって、その接合状態で、内面シート１の幅よりも適宜狭くなるよう にしてある。おむつを着用したとき、着用者の泌尿器及び肛門が対向する部位の 第２の内面シート７には、それぞれから排泄される尿、大便が第２の内面シート ７の上面を汚すことなく、第２の内面シート７を通過する大きさの開孔８，９を 設けてある。開孔８，９はそれら間の部分１０を介して互いに独立している。
【００１１】 第２の内面シート７は、伸長応力５０〜５００ｇ／インチを付与してある。一 方、パネル３は、テーバー法による剛軟度５〜２０ｇ・ｃｍを付与してある。こ うすることで、図３に示すように、第２の内面シート７の伸長応力によっておむ つを湾曲させたときの両内面シート１，７は、互いに最も離れたそれらの部位の 間隔が１０ｍｍ以上になるようにしてあることが好ましい。
【００１２】 内面シート１，７には不織布、外面シート２にはプラスチックフィルム、パネ ル３にはフラッフパルプに高吸収性ポリマーを混合したものを用いることができ る。

【考案の効果】
以上の構成を有するこの考案に係るおむつによれば、第２の透液性内面シート が着用者の股間に密着し、両開孔の一方が泌尿器に、かつ、他方が肛門にそれぞ れ対向し、排泄された尿、大便がそれぞれ対向する開孔から第２の透液性内面シ ートとその下面に位置する別の透液性内面シートの間に直接流入することは、既 述のとおりである。したがって、大便が着用者の肌と第２の透液性内面シートの 間に押圧されて流動拡散しその肌を汚すことがない。特に、両開孔の間に位置し 肌に密接する第２の透液性内面シート部分が仕切り機能を果たし、大便が泌尿器 及び性器側へ流動してそれらに付着することがない。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】透液性内面シートと不透液性外面シートと
    の間に吸液性パネルを介在させておむつ本体を構成し、
    前記透液性内面シートの上面に第２の透液性内面シート
    を重ね合わせてその長さ方向両端部を前記おむつ本体に
    接合した使い捨ておむつにおいて、 前記第２の透液性内面シートは、縦横伸縮性シートから
    なり、縦横へ伸長拡大させて前記接合をなしてあり、着
    用者の泌尿器及び肛門と対向する該内面シートの各部位
    に互いに独立した開孔を設けてあることを特徴とする前
    記おむつ。
