Definitions
- the present invention relates to a disposable pants-type diaper, and more particularly, to the diaper in which a separator for preventing mixing of urine and feces is formed.
- a pants-type disposable diaper having a means for preventing urine and feces from being mixed in the crotch region is known.
- a pants-type diaper disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-11044 has a skin contact sheet on a liquid-permeable top sheet that covers the absorbent body.
- the skin contact sheet has an opening through which urine or feces can pass through a portion that is separable from the top sheet.
- An elastic member is attached to the skin contact sheet in an extended state so as to surround the opening.
- a dam portion may be provided in the crotch region to prevent mixing of urine and feces.
- Patent Document 2 includes a pant layer, an outer barrier layer disposed outside the pant layer, and between the pant layer and the outer barrier layer. And an absorber disposed on the surface. An opening for allowing urine or feces to pass toward the absorber is formed in the crotch portion of the pant layer.
- the pant layer is elastic, and the front waist portion and the rear waist portion of the pant layer are formed in a state of extending in the lateral direction in advance, and the crotch portion is formed in a state of extending in the vertical direction in advance.
- the front waist portion and the rear waist portion have an elastic force mainly acting in the circumferential direction of the waist opening.
- JP 2002-11044 A Japanese National Patent Publication No. 10-513071
- the front and rear end portions are fixed to the top sheet in each of the front and rear waist regions, but the intermediate portion between the front and rear end portions is fixed to the top sheet. Since the skin contact sheet is suspended in the crotch region without being worn, there is a possibility that the skin contact sheet may greatly move or deform in the crotch region when the diaper is worn. If the skin contact sheet moves greatly, the opening of the skin contact sheet may deviate from the position of the external genitalia or anus. When this happens, the weir as a separator cannot perform its original function.
- the pants disclosed in Patent Document 2 do not have a separator for preventing mixing of urine and stool, but the pant layer having an opening is mixed with urine and stool in contact with the skin. It is preventing.
- this pant layer is elastic, and if the crotch portion is stretched in the longitudinal direction in advance, the crotch portion becomes difficult to stretch and contract in the circumferential direction of the leg opening, There are times when adhesion becomes weak.
- the crotch portion can be extended and contracted in the circumferential direction of the leg opening, the crotch portion of the elastic pant layer is previously extended in the lateral direction.
- the crotch portion may move away from the buttock when worn. In order to prevent side leakage from the pants, it is generally not desirable for the crotch portion to move that way.
- the present invention has an object to improve a disposable pant-type diaper having a separator for preventing mixing of urine and feces.
- the present invention is directed to a front-rear direction, a lateral direction, and a vertical direction that are orthogonal to each other, and a front waistline region is formed in front of the crotch region, A rear body circumference region is formed in the rear, and the body crotch region includes a body fluid absorbing portion in which a body fluid absorbing core material is interposed between the liquid permeable inner surface side sheet and the liquid impermeable outer surface side sheet. And a disposable pant-type diaper in which a separator capable of separating urine and feces is formed in the crotch region.
- the bodily fluid absorption part has a side flap formed on the outer side in the lateral direction of the core material and an end flap formed on the outer side in the vertical direction, and the skin of the wearer of the pant-type diaper
- An innermost sheet member that is joined to the side flap and the end flap so as to be interposed between the inner surface side sheet and extends to the crotch region and the front and rear waist region, and the inner surface side sheet
- the excretory part accommodating part is formed in the part formed so that it can mutually be separated in the said vertical direction.
- the innermost sheet member is formed with a front opening that allows entry of urine into the excreta containing part and a rear opening that allows entry of feces.
- the innermost sheet member is also configured so that a portion extending between the front opening and the rear opening on a center line that bisects the lateral dimension of the diaper has a surface facing the skin as an inside. It is bent along a folding line extending in the lateral direction, and is joined in a state of being opposed to each other in the front-rear direction, thereby extending downward in the longitudinal direction from the joined portion toward the inner surface side sheet.
- the separator is formed. Further, the innermost sheet member is further joined between a portion joined in a state of being opposed to each other in the front-rear direction and a top portion in the longitudinal direction of the front opening and in a state of being opposed to each other in the front-rear direction.
- An elastic region that can be elastically expanded / contracted in the lateral direction between the portion of the rear opening and the top of the rear opening in the longitudinal direction, but more than a portion joined in a state of facing each other in the front-rear direction
- the lower portion is an inelastic portion that does not include the elastic region.
- the elastic region extends in the lateral direction in the crotch region and is joined to the side flap of the body fluid absorbing portion in an extended state.
- the innermost sheet member is formed in a pants shape.
- an elastic member extending in the front-rear direction is attached to the side flap in an extended state, and the elastic region and the elastic member intersect and overlap each other. It is in.
- the elastic region and the elastic member are joined to each other at a portion where they intersect and overlap each other.
- a front opening and a rear opening are formed in the innermost sheet member, and a portion extending between the two openings in the crotch region is directed downward toward the inner surface side sheet. Since it is bent and joined so as to form a separator, the urine that has passed through the front opening and the stool that has passed through the rear opening are mixed on the liquid-permeable inner side sheet. There is nothing.
- the innermost sheet member can also be elastically stretched and contracted in the lateral direction between the part joined oppositely in the front-rear direction and the top of the front opening, and between that part and the top of the rear opening. The innermost sheet member does not shrink the crotch region in the lateral direction, and the crotch region of the crotch region is not worn when the diaper is worn. The side edge does not come off from the buttock.
- the front opening and the rear opening can be easily matched with the external genitalia and the anus.
- the leg of the wearer is determined by the elastic region and the elastic member. Fit around is possible.
- the side flap when wearing the diaper is likely to come into contact with the buttocks. , Bent along the side of the core.
