Abstract

본 고안은 차량의 경고등 점멸장치에 관한 것으로, 풋브레이크 조작시 신속한 경고등의 점멸을 위해 풋브레이크의 ON/OFF스위치(2)와 리어 컴비네이션 램프(1)의 사이에 연결되게 설치되며 축전지로부터 리어컴비네이션 램프(1)에 소량의 전류가 인가되어 있는 상태에서 리어 컴비네이션 램프(1)의 필라멘트 전구를 예열시키고 ON/OFF스위치(2)의 접점연결시 정전류가 통전됨에 따라 신속히 발광되도록 컨트롤하는 예열수단(10)이 구비되어 있어 리어 컴비네이션 램프(2)를 미리 예열시켜둠에 따라 좁은 차간거리를 유지한 상태에서의 차량주행중에도 급제동시 후주행차량의 운전자가 이를 인식하여 신속하게 대처하도록 발광에 따른 메시지전달이 신속하게 이루어지므로써 충돌 및 추돌사고예방에 기여하는 효과를 제공하는 것이다.

Description

차량의 경고등 점멸장치
본 고안은 차량의 경고등 점멸장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 풋브레이크 조작시 신속한 점멸을 위해 경고 등을 미리 예열시키는 예열수단이 구비된 것이다.
일반적으로 차량의 경고등은 돌발상황발생시 주행중인 차량이 급제동함에 따라 후방의 주행차량이 이를 인식하여 미리 제동하므로써 충돌 및 추돌사고를 방지할 수 있도록 급제동을 위한 풋브레이크 조작시 점멸되는 리어 컴비네이션 램프를 이용하고 리어 컴비네이션 램프의 점 등에 따라 선주행차량이 급제동하였음을 인식시키도록 된 것이다.
종래 차량의 경고등 점멸장치는 제1도에 도시된 바와 같이 차량의 축전지와 연결된 리어 컴비네이션 램프(1)가 풋브레이크 조작시 접점이 연결되는 ON/OFF스위치(2)에 의해 점등되도록 되어 있다.
그러나, 종래 차량의 경고등 점멸장치는 풋브이크 조작시 ON/OFF스위치(2)의 접점연결에 의해 축전지의 전원이 인가된 리어 컴비네이션 램프(1)의 필라멘트 전구가 가열되어 경고등으로서의 발광에 따른 메시지전달시 후주행차량의 운전자가 이를 인식하여 신속대처할 수 있을 정도로 신속한 메시지전달이 이루어질 수 없는 경우가 초래되었다.
이는 선주행차량과 후주행차량의 차간거리에 따라 다소 차이가 있지만 대다수의 운전자들이 좁은 차간거리를 유지하며 주행하고 있는 실정에 기인한다.
본 고안은 전술한 바와 같이 좁은 차간거리를 유지하며 주행중 급제동시에 후주행차량 운전자의 신속한 대처에 따른 추돌사고방지를 위해 풋브레이크 조작시 리어 컴비네이션 램프의 신속한 발광이 이루어지도록 한 차량 경고등 점멸장치를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.

상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안에 따른 차량의 경고등 점멸장치는 풋브레이크의 ON/OFF스위치와 리어 컴비네이션 램프의 사이에 연결되게 설치되며 축전지로부터 리어 컴비네이션 램프에 소량의 전류가 인가되는 상태에서 리어 컴비네이션 램프의 필라멘트 전구를 예열시키고 ON/OFF스위치의 접점연결시 정전류가 통전됨에 따라 신속히 발광되도록 컨트롤하는 예열수단이 구비됨에 특징이 있다.
이하에서는 본 고안에 따른 차량 경고등 점멸장치의 실시예를 첨부도면에 참조하여 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
본 고안에 따른 차량의 경고등 점멸장치는 브레이크의 ON/OFF스위치(2)와 리어 컴비네이션 램프(1)의 사이에 연결되게 설치되며 축전지로부터 리어 컴비네이션 램프(1)에 소량의 전류가 인가되어 있는 상태에서 리어 컴비네이션 램프(2)의 필라멘트 전구를 예열시키고 ON/OFF스위치(1)의 접점연결시 정전류가 통전됨에 따라 신속히 발광되도록 컨트롤하는 예열수단(10)이 구비되어 있다.
상기 예열수단(10)은 프리히팅 컨트롤러를 이용하나, 이에 한정하지는 않는다.
본 고안에 따른 차량의 경고등 점멸장치는 차량의 축전지로부터 소량의 전류가 인가되어 있는 에열수단(10)에 의해 리어 컴비네이션 램프(2)의 필라멘트 전구가 예열된 상태에 있다가 운전자가 돌발상황에서 풋브레이크 조작에 따른 급제동을 하게 되면 ON/OFF스위치(1)의 접점이 연결됨과 동시에 정전류통전에 따른 리어 컴비네이션 램프(2)가 즉시 발광하게 된다.
이와 같이 본 고안에 따른 차량의 경고등 점멸장치는 리어 컴비네이션 램프를 미리 예열시켜둠에 따라 좁은 차간거리를 유지한 상태에서의 차량주행중에도 급제동시 후주행차량의 운전자가 이를 인식하여 신속하게 대처하도록 발광에 따른 메시지 전달이 신속하게 이루어지므로써 충돌 및 추돌사고예방에 기여하는 효과를 제공하는 것이다.

  1. 풋브레이크의 ON/OFF스위치(2)와 리어 컴비네이션 램프(1)의 사이에 연결되게 설치되며 축전지로부터 리어 컴비네이션 램프(1)에 소량의 전류가 인가되어 있는 상태에서 리어 컴비네이션 램프(1)의 필라멘트 전구를 예열하며 ON/OFF스위치(2)의 접점연결시 정전류가 통전됨에 따라 신속히 발광되도록 컨트롤하는 예열수단(10)이 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 차량의 경고등 점멸장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예열수단(10)은 프리히팅 컨트롤러로 구비되며 차량의 축전지로부터 소량의 전류가 인가되어 상기 리어 컴비네이션 램프(2)의 필라멘트 전구가 예열된 상태를 유지되도록 한 것을 특징으로 차량의 경고등 점멸장치.
