Description
Claims (1)
- 제1 및 제2의 두개 주전극과, 상기 제2주전극과 제어전극 사이에 가해진 제어신호에 응답하여 상기 제1 및 제2사이의 주회로를 온 및 오프시키기 위한 제어전극을 가지는 스위칭 파우워 장치칩을 포함하며, 병렬로 연결된 직렬회로의 양단자 사이에 DC 전압을 가하므로써 직렬회로에서 두개의 스위칭 파우워 장치칩의 중간점으로부터 AC 전압공급을 출력시키며, 두개의 스위칭 파우워 장치칩은 주회로가 똑같은 극성과 직렬로 연결되는 직렬회로를 형성하도록 연결되고, 똑같은 극성과 병렬로 연결된 하나 또는 다수의 직렬회로가 하나의 패키지에 있으며, 다수의 직렬회로가 똑같은 극성과 병렬로 연결되어 있는 반도체 장치의 회로에 있어서, 제2주전극이 상기 중간점에 연결되어 있는 스위칭 파우워 장치칩의 총갯수와 같거나 적으며, 각각의 또는 다수의 스위칭 파우워 장치칩의 온도를 검출하기 위한 온도센서, 직렬회로에서 스위칭 파우워 장치의 제2주전극용 기준전위점에 등전위로 연결되고, 온도센서의 각각에 의하여 검출된 온도가 소정값을 초과하는지를 결정하므로써 제1경보신호를 발생시키는 수단, 제2전극이 기준전위점에 연결된 스위칭 파우워 장치칩에서 주회로 각각의 전류, 또는 스위칭 파우워 장치칩에서 다수의 주회로의 합전류가 소정의 값을 초과하는지를 결정하므로써 제2경보신호를 발생시키는 수단, 및 제1 및 제2의 모든 경보신호를 위해 OR 조건을 얻는 수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치의 보호회로.
