Abstract
Description
[関連出願の参照]
本願は、2019年3月25日に出願された日本国特許出願JP2019−057139からの優先権の利益を主張し、当該出願の全ての開示は、本願に組み込まれる。
まず、モノリス型の支持体を、AFX型ゼオライト結晶を種結晶として分散させた溶液に浸漬し、当該AFX型ゼオライトの種結晶を支持体の各貫通孔の内側面に付着させた。
Y型ゼオライト粒子として、ビーズミルによって一次粒子の粒径で10〜20nmに粉砕した種結晶を用いて水熱合成によって作製したメディアン径220nmのY型ゼオライト粒子の分散液を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様にしてゼオライト膜を作製した。X線回折測定の結果、得られたゼオライト膜はAFX型ゼオライトであった。ゼオライト膜の厚さは、約3μmであった。また、((A−B)/(A+B))により求められる第1評価値は、0.30であった。
原料溶液の組成を12.5SiO2:1Al2O3:15Na2O:2.8SDA:1000H2Oとし、種結晶を付着させていないモノリス型の支持体を使用し、170℃にて50時間水熱合成した以外は、実施例1と同様にしてゼオライト膜を作製した。X線回折測定の結果、得られたゼオライト膜はAFX型ゼオライトであった。ゼオライト膜の厚さは、約5μmであった。また、((A−B)/(A+B))により求められる第1評価値は、0.66であった。
コロイダルシリカ、アルミン酸ナトリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、1,4−ジアザビシクロ[2.2.2]オクタン−C4−ジクアットジブロミドを純水に溶解させ、組成が17.5SiO2:1Al2O3:10Na2O:2.8SDA:6000H2Oの原料溶液を作製した以外は、実施例1と同様にしてゼオライト膜を作製した。X線回折測定の結果、得られたゼオライト膜はAFX型ゼオライトであった。ゼオライト膜の厚さは、約3μmであった。また、((A−B)/(A+B))により求められる第1評価値は、0.03であった。

Claims (10)
- ゼオライト膜複合体の製造方法であって、
a)少なくとも、構造規定剤と、平均粒径が50〜500nmであるFAU型ゼオライト粒子とを含む原料溶液を準備する工程と、
b)前記原料溶液に支持体を浸漬し、水熱合成により前記支持体上にAFX型ゼオライトからなるゼオライト膜を形成する工程と、
c)前記ゼオライト膜から前記構造規定剤を除去する工程と、
を備える。 - 請求項1に記載のゼオライト膜複合体の製造方法であって、
前記b)工程の前に、前記支持体上にAFX型ゼオライトの種結晶を付着させる工程をさらに備える。
- 請求項1または2に記載のゼオライト膜複合体の製造方法であって、
前記a)工程の前記原料溶液がケイ素源とアルカリ源をさらに含む。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載のゼオライト膜複合体の製造方法であって、
前記FAU型ゼオライト粒子が、Y型またはX型のゼオライトからなる。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載のゼオライト膜複合体の製造方法であって、
前記FAU型ゼオライト粒子の平均粒径が100〜400nmである。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載のゼオライト膜複合体の製造方法であって、
前記原料溶液の粒径分布(体積基準)において、(D90−D10)/D50が3以下である。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載のゼオライト膜複合体の製造方法であって、
前記支持体が多孔質である。 - 請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載のゼオライト膜複合体の製造方法であって、
前記支持体が、アルミナ焼結体、ムライト焼結体またはチタニア焼結体である。 - ゼオライト膜複合体であって、
支持体と、
前記支持体上に設けられたAFX型ゼオライトからなるゼオライト膜と、
を備え、
前記ゼオライト膜の表面に垂直な断面において、前記表面に沿う方向の幅10μmの範囲における前記ゼオライト膜の厚さの最大値をAとし、最小値をBとして、((A−B)/(A+B))により求められる評価値が、0.04以上かつ0.70以下である。 - 請求項9に記載のゼオライト膜複合体であって、
前記ゼオライト膜複合体のCF4ガス透過速度が10nmol/m2・s・Pa以下である。
