内部における前記ガラスが占める面積比率が、表面部における前記ガラスが占める面積比率よりも多い耐熱部材。 - 前記内部における前記ガラスが占める面積比率が、前記表面部における前記ガラスが占める面積比率よりも4面積%以上多い請求項1に記載の耐熱部材。
- 前記表面部における前記ガラスが占める面積比率は、20面積%以下である請求項1または請求項2に記載の耐熱部材。
- 前記表面部における前記アルミナ結晶の平均円相当径が、前記内部における前記アルミナ結晶の平均円相当径よりも小さい、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の耐熱部材。
- 前記表面部における前記アルミナ結晶の平均重心間距離が、前記内部における前記アルミナ結晶の平均重心間距離よりも短い、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の耐熱部材。
