Claims (3)
- 第1成分と第2成分とを含むセラミックスであり、
前記第1成分が酸化アルミニウムであり、
前記第2成分が、コバルトの酸化物、ニッケルの酸化物および鉄の酸化物であり、
前記第1成分および前記第2成分の合計の含有量は、前記セラミックスを構成する全成分100質量%のうち93質量%以上であり、
前記第1成分および前記第2成分の合計100質量%のうち、前記第1成分が80質量%以上93質量%以下であり、前記第2成分が7質量%以上20質量%以下であり、
前記第2成分の100質量%のうち、コバルトの酸化物換算で2.75質量%以上8.25質量%以下であり、ニッケルの酸化物換算で2.75質量%以上8.25質量%以下であり、鉄の酸化物換算で85.44質量%以上92.56質量%以下である、黒色セラミックス。 - チタンの酸化物を含み、
該チタンの酸化物の含有量は、前記第1成分および前記第2成分の合計100質量部に対し、0.9質量部以上2.7質量部以下である、請求項1に記載の黒色セラミックス。 - 前記コバルト、前記ニッケル、前記鉄および酸素が存在する複合物を有し、該複合物の平均径が、2.1μm以上2.7μm以下である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の黒色セラミックス。
