Abstract
Description
一方、下限範囲は、10ppm以上、20ppm以上、30ppm以上、50ppm以上、80ppm以上、100ppm以上である。Fe2O3の含有量が少な過ぎると、高純度原料を使用する為、原料コストが高騰し、製品を安価に製造できなくなる。
Nd2O3、La2O3、Y2O3、Nb2O5、Ta2O5,Hf2O3等の希土類酸化物は、ヤング率を高める成分である。しかし、原料コストが高く、また多量に添加すると、耐失透性が低下し易くなる。よって、希土類酸化物の好適な含有量は5%以下、3%以下、2%以下、1%以下、0.5%以下、特に0.1%以下である。
Claims (19)
- 表面に圧縮応力層を有する強化ガラスにおいて、ガラス組成として、モル%で、SiO2 50〜80%、Al2O3 8〜25%、B2O3 0〜10%、Li2O 3〜15%、Na2O 3〜21%、K2O 0〜10%、MgO 0〜10%、ZnO 0〜10%、P2O5 0〜15%を含有することを特徴とする強化ガラス板。
- モル比([Na2O]−[Li2O])/([Al2O3]+[B2O3]+[P2O5])≦0.29の関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化ガラス板。
- モル比([B2O3]+[Na2O]−[P2O5])/([Al2O3]+[Li2O])≧0.30の関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の強化ガラス板。
- ([Li2O]+[Na2O]+[K2O])を12モル%以上含有し、[SiO2]+1.2×[P2O5]−3×[Al2O3]−2×[Li2O]−1.5×[Na2O]−[K2O]−[B2O3]≧−22モル%の関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- P2O5の含有量が0.1〜2.3モル%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- B2O3の含有量が0.1〜4モル%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- 圧縮応力層の最表面の圧縮応力値が200〜1000MPaであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- 圧縮応力層の応力深さが50〜200μmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- 高温粘度102.5dPa・sにおける温度が1650℃未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- 板厚方向の中央部にオーバーフロー合流面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- タッチパネルディスプレイのカバーガラスに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- 表面に圧縮応力層を有する強化ガラスにおいて、ガラス組成として、Al2O3を17モル%以上、P2O5を1モル%以上、([Li2O]+[Na2O]+[K2O])を12モル%以上含有し、[SiO2]+1.2×[P2O5]−3×[Al2O3]−2×[Li2O]−1.5×[Na2O]−[K2O]−[B2O3]≧−22モル%の関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- Fe2O3の含有量が0.001〜0.1モル%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- TiO2の含有量が0.001〜0.1モル%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- SnO2の含有量が0.01〜1モル%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜14の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- Clの含有量が0.001〜0.1モル%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜15の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- 厚み方向の応力プロファイルが、少なくとも第1ピーク、第2ピーク、第1ボトム、第2ボトムを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜16の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
- ガラス組成として、モル%で、SiO2 50〜80%、Al2O3 8〜25%、B2O3 0〜10%、Li2O 3〜15%、Na2O 3〜21%、K2O 0〜10%、MgO 0〜10%、ZnO 0〜10%、P2O5 0〜15%含有することを特徴とする強化用ガラス板。
- ガラス組成として、モル%で、SiO2 50〜80%、Al2O3 8〜25%、B2O3 0〜10%、Li2O 3〜15%、Na2O 3〜21%、K2O 0〜10%、MgO 0〜10%、ZnO 0〜10%、P2O5 0〜15%を含有する強化用ガラス板を用意する準備工程と、該強化用ガラス板に対して、複数回のイオン交換処理を行い、表面に圧縮応力層を有する強化ガラス板を得るイオン交換工程と、を備えることを特徴とする強化ガラス板の製造方法。
