Abstract
Description
[1]鋼帯を挟持し、回転移動可能な上下1対の無端ベルトまたはキャタピラを有し、ステアリング機構により鋼帯幅方向に移動または搖動可能なブライドル装置において、
前記上下1対の無端ベルトまたはキャタピラにより、前記鋼帯の挟持部分を圧下する圧下機構をさらに有し、
前記鋼帯の蛇行量に応じて定まるステアリング量および圧下量に基づいて、
前記ステアリング機構は前記ブライドル装置を鋼帯幅方向に移動または搖動させるとともに、
前記圧下機構は、鋼帯幅方向における一方の端部を圧下するブライドル装置。
[2][1]に記載のブライドル装置において、前記圧下機構は、前記鋼帯の蛇行方向と逆の方向の圧下量が高くなるように、鋼帯幅方向における一方の端部を圧下するブライドル装置。
[3]前記ステアリング量に対する前記圧下量の比率を、1.5〜2.5倍とする[1]または[2]に記載のブライドル装置。
[4][1]〜[3]のいずれかに記載のブライドル装置を用いて鋼帯の蛇行を制御する鋼帯の蛇行制御方法。
[5][1]〜[3]のいずれかに記載のブライドル装置を用いて鋼帯を製造する鋼帯の製造方法。

Claims (5)
- 鋼帯を挟持し、回転移動可能な上下1対の無端ベルトまたはキャタピラを有し、ステアリング機構により鋼帯幅方向に移動または搖動可能なブライドル装置において、
前記上下1対の無端ベルトまたはキャタピラにより、前記鋼帯の挟持部分を圧下する圧下機構をさらに有し、
前記鋼帯の蛇行量に応じて定まるステアリング量および圧下量に基づいて、
前記ステアリング機構は前記ブライドル装置を鋼帯幅方向に移動または搖動させるとともに、
前記圧下機構は、鋼帯幅方向における一方の端部を圧下するブライドル装置。 - 請求項1に記載のブライドル装置において、前記圧下機構は、前記鋼帯の蛇行方向と逆の方向の圧下量が高くなるように、鋼帯幅方向における一方の端部を圧下するブライドル装置。
- 前記ステアリング量に対する前記圧下量の比率を、1.5〜2.5倍とする請求項1または2に記載のブライドル装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のブライドル装置を用いて鋼帯の蛇行を制御する鋼帯の蛇行制御方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のブライドル装置を用いて鋼帯を製造する鋼帯の製造方法。
