Claims (9)
- 溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造設備用パスロールであって、
ロール本体と、
前記ロール本体を覆う耐熱フェルト層とを有し、
前記耐熱フェルト層は、熱分解温度が420℃以上であり、400℃における表面硬度評価指標が0.11μm/N超である。 - 請求項1に記載の溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造設備用パスロールにおいて、
前記耐熱フェルト層が前記ロール本体の表面に接している。 - 請求項1または2に記載の溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造設備用パスロールにおいて、
前記耐熱フェルト層が、ポリパラフェニレンベンゾビスオキサゾール繊維からなる。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造設備用パスロールにおいて、
前記耐熱フェルト層の厚みが1〜20mmである。 - 溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造設備であって、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のパスロールは、亜鉛めっき浴で溶融亜鉛めっきを施した鋼帯を通板するロールである。 - 鋼板製造ラインの亜鉛めっき浴に鋼帯を浸漬させて溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板を製造する、溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法であって、
前記亜鉛めっき浴で溶融亜鉛めっきを施した鋼帯を通板するパスロールとして、熱分解温度が420℃以上、かつ、400℃における表面硬度評価指標が0.11μm/N超の耐熱フェルト層でロール本体が覆われたパスロールを用いて、前記溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板を製造する。 - 請求項6に記載の溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法において、
前記耐熱フェルト層は、前記パスロールの表面に接している。 - 請求項6または7に記載の溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法において、
前記耐熱フェルト層が、ポリパラフェニレンベンゾビスオキサゾール繊維からなる。 - 請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法において、
前記耐熱フェルト層の厚みが1〜20mmである。
