Claims (10)
- セメント焼成装置の最下段サイクロンを除くプレヒータサイクロンから予熱原料を分取する分取装置と、
有機汚泥を前記分取装置で分取された予熱原料と混合し、該予熱原料の顕熱を用いて前記有機汚泥を乾燥させる混合装置と、
該混合装置から排出された混合物を前記セメント焼成装置の仮焼炉又はセメントキルンの窯尻部から前記仮焼炉までの間のダクトに供給する供給装置とを備えることを特徴とする有機汚泥の処理装置。 - 前記混合装置からのダスト、臭気及び水蒸気を含む排ガスを前記セメント焼成装置の最下段サイクロンのガス出口部に導入する導入装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機汚泥の処理装置。
- 前記混合装置からのダスト、臭気及び水蒸気を含む排ガスが導入され、粗粉を回収して前記混合装置に戻すと共に、微粉、臭気及び水蒸気を含む排ガスを前記導入装置に排出するサイクロン集塵機を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機汚泥の処理装置。
- 前記混合装置に粒子状の尿素を供給する尿素供給装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の有機汚泥の処理装置。
- 前記混合装置の出口の混合物の温度を120℃以上とすることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3又は4に記載の有機汚泥の処理装置。
- 有機汚泥をセメント焼成装置の最下段サイクロンを除くプレヒータサイクロンから分取した予熱原料と混合し、該予熱原料の顕熱を用いて前記有機汚泥を乾燥させ、混合物を該セメント焼成装置の仮焼炉又はセメントキルンの窯尻部から前記仮焼炉までの間のダクトに導入することを特徴とする有機汚泥の処理方法。
- 前記有機汚泥と前記予熱原料との混合時に発生した臭気ガスを前記セメント焼成装置の最下段サイクロンのガス出口部に導入することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機汚泥の処理方法。
- 前記プレヒータサイクロンから分取した予熱原料の温度は、400℃以上820℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の有機汚泥の処理方法。
- 前記有機汚泥と前記分取した予熱原料の混合割合を、有機汚泥(水分を除いた固形分):分取した予熱原料=1:3乃至1:40とすることを特徴とする請求項6、7又は8に記載の有機汚泥の処理方法。
- 前記予熱原料中の酸化カルシウム(CaO)含有率が20質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項6、7、8又は9に記載の有機汚泥の処理方法。
