Claims (4)
- 発電要素を収容する袋状フィルム外装体内に電解液を注液する注液装置であって、
前記袋状フィルム外装体内に電解液を注液するノズルと、
前記ノズルが挿入された前記袋状フィルム外装体を押圧して前記ノズルをシールする一対の弾性体を有したシール機構と、
を備え、
前記ノズルは、前記シール機構によってシールされる筒状の外周側ノズル部と、前記外周側ノズル部を通して伸縮する筒状の内周側ノズル部と、を備え、前記外周側ノズル部は、前記内周側ノズル部との間に前記電解液が通流する電解液通路を構成し、前記内周側ノズル部は、前記袋状フィルム外装体内のガスを引き抜く減圧通路を構成し、
前記内周側ノズル部の吸入口は、伸長状態で、前記外周側ノズル部の注液口よりも前記外周側ノズル部の軸方向に突出した位置に開口する、注液装置。 - 前記ノズルは、前記内周側ノズル部を通して伸縮するシャフト部をさらに備え、前記シャフト部は、その一端に、前記吸入口を開閉するバルブを備える、請求項1に記載の注液装置。
- 前記シール機構よりも前記発電要素寄りに位置し、一対の弾性体を有した第2のシール機構をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の注液装置。
- 発電要素を収容する袋状フィルム外装体内にノズルを介して電解液を注液する注液方法であって、
前記ノズルは、筒状の外周側ノズル部と、前記外周側ノズル部を通して伸縮する筒状の内周側ノズル部と、を備え、
前記袋状フィルム外装体の開口部内に前記外周側ノズル部の先端部を挿入し、
前記袋状フィルム外装体とともに前記外周側ノズル部をシール機構によりシールし、
前記内周側ノズル部の吸入口を、前記外周側ノズル部の注液口よりも前記外周側ノズル部の軸方向に突出させ、
前記内周側ノズル部の前記吸入口から前記内周側ノズル部内の減圧通路を通して前記袋状フィルム外装体内のガスを引き抜き、
前記外周側ノズル部と前記内周側ノズル部との間の電解液通路を通して前記注液口から前記袋状フィルム外装体内へ電解液を注液する、注液方法。
