Abstract

本实用新型涉及蓄电池注液设备领域,尤其是一种真空注液器。其包括管道、电解液入口、气体出口、空腔和注射头,管道中间隔开,分为左腔室和右腔室,左腔室上端为电解液入口,右腔室上端为气体出口,管道和空腔之间设有密封圈。通过将注液和抽真空一体化的设计,使得注液效率大大地提高了且操作方便。透明的空腔方便了我们对注射电解液的监控,可以直观的了解到何时将电池注满,保证注入量的准确性,避免了电解液外流和安全隐患的发生。

本实用新型涉及蓄电池注液设备领域,尤其是一种真空注液器。
背景技术
先前钢壳电池注液方式:称定量的电解液于注射器内,注射器插在电池注液口上(注射器靠注液架保持直立),然后将注液架及电池转入真空仓内,关闭仓门,抽真空,采用真空渗液的方式渗液。
缺陷:特别浪费时间,操作不方便;另外,由于电池进真空仓后无法人为监控,注射头有时移位,导致电解液外流,注入量不准;有时电解液还没有完全注入,留在注射器内;存在安全隐患。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的注液设备费时的不足,本实用新型提供了一种真空注液器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种真空注液器,包括管道、电解液入口、气体出口、空腔和注射头,管道中间隔开,分为左腔室和右腔室,左腔室上端为电解液入口,右腔室上端为气体出口,管道和空腔之间设有密封圈。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例,进一步包括空腔是透明的。
本实用新型的有益效果是,通过将注液和抽真空一体化的设计,使得注液效率大大地提高了,且操作方便。透明的空腔方便了我们对注射电解液的监控,可以直观的了解到何时将电池注满,保证注入量的准确性,避免了电解液外流和安全隐患的发生。

现在结合附图和优选实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本实用新型的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本实用新型有关的构成。
如图1是本实用新型的结构示意图,一种真空注液器,包括管道7、电解液入口1、气体出口2、空腔6和注射头8,管道7中间隔开,分为左腔室3和右腔室4,左腔室3上端为电解液入口1,右腔室4上端为气体出口2,管道7和空腔6之间设有密封圈5。空腔6是透明的。
工作时,将单只电池9置于水平面上,电池注液口上连接真空注液器的注射头8,然后通过脚踏阀进行抽空,电池中的气体被抽出,内部处于负压状态,再松开脚踏阀,开始卸真空,电解液顺势从电解液入口1进入左腔室3,然后到达空腔6,最后经注射头8被吸入电池中,这样就实现了自动渗液的过程.由于空腔6是透明的,在注液过程中,可以直观的看见何时注液已满,且保证电解液不会被抽出.

1.一种真空注液器,其特征是,包括管道(7)、电解液入口(1)、气体出口(2)、空腔(6)和注射头(8),管道(7)中间隔开,分为左腔室(3)和右腔室(4),左腔室(3)上端为电解液入口(1),右腔室(4)上端为气体出口(2),管道(7)和空腔(6)之间设有密封圈(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空注液器,其特征是,空腔(6)是透明的。
