Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る脱硝触媒の研削装置を示す概略図である。図1に示すように、本実施形態に係る脱硝触媒の研削装置100は、混合装置4と、コンプレッサー5と、吸引装置6と、モジュール1と、中継装置3と、コンプレッサー7と、を備える。脱硝触媒の研削装置100は、モジュール1に収納された脱硝触媒11の内部に研削材を流通させることにより、脱硝触媒11の表面を研削する装置である。
図6は、第1変形例に係る中継装置を示す斜視図である。なお、上述した実施形態で説明したものと同じ構成要素には同一の符号を付して重複する説明は省略する。
図7は、第2変形例に係る中継装置を示す斜視図である。なお、上述した実施形態で説明したものと同じ構成要素には同一の符号を付して重複する説明は省略する。

Claims (5)
- 複数の脱硝触媒を束ねるモジュールと、
前記脱硝触媒の一端から前記脱硝触媒の内部の空気を吸引する吸引装置と、
脱硝触媒の表面を削るための研削材を分散させる混合装置と、
前記脱硝触媒の他端から下方に向かって設けられる縦ダクトと、
前記混合装置から縦ダクトと交差する方向に設けられる横ダクトと、
上部に前記縦ダクトが接続され且つ側面に前記横ダクトが接続される筒状部材であって、前記研削材を再分散させる中継装置と、
を備える脱硝触媒の研削装置。 - 前記中継装置は、前記脱硝触媒に近付くにしたがって内周が大きくなる旋回部を備える請求項1に記載の脱硝触媒の研削装置。
- 前記中継装置は、前記旋回部の前記脱硝触媒側に配置され且つ前記脱硝触媒に近付くにしたがって内周が小さくなる狭窄部を備え、
前記縦ダクトは、前記狭窄部に接続され、
前記縦ダクトの内周は、前記狭窄部の最小内周よりも大きい請求項2に記載の脱硝触媒の研削装置。 - 前記中継装置は、前記脱硝触媒に近付くにしたがって外周が小さくなる旋回促進部を前記旋回部の内部に備え、
前記旋回促進部は、前記横ダクトとの接合部分に対向する位置に配置される請求項2または3に記載の脱硝触媒の研削装置。 - 前記縦ダクトの内部に金網であるスクリーンを備える請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の脱硝触媒の研削装置。
