Claims (4)
- 自車両の運転者の操作により点滅が開始し、第1の点滅時間を経過した後に、自動的に消灯する方向指示器を、プロセッサを用いて制御する方向指示器の制御方法であって、
前記運転者の前記操作に起因して前記自車両が自動的に車線変更する場合には、前記第1の点滅時間よりも長い第2の点滅時間まで延長して、前記方向指示器を自動的に消灯させる方向指示器の制御方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方向指示器の制御方法であって、
前記自車両が自動的に車線変更する場合には、前記第1の点滅時間中に、前記自車両に搭載され、当該自車両の周囲の状況を検出する第1の検出器の検出結果に基づいて、前記自車両が車線変更できるか否かを判定し、
前記自車両が車線変更できると判定した場合には、前記第1の点滅時間から前記第2の点滅時間まで延長する方向指示器の制御方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の方向指示器の制御方法であって、
前記自車両が自動的に車線変更する場合には、前記第1の点滅時間中に、前記自車両に搭載され、前記運転者による操舵制御の方向を検出する第2の検出器の検出結果に基づいて、前記運転者が車線変更の方向に操舵したか否かを判定し、
前記運転者が前記車線変更の方向に操舵したと判定した場合には、前記運転者が操舵したタイミングから前記第1の点滅時間だけ前記方向指示器を点滅させる方向指示器の制御方法。 - 自車両の運転者の操作により点滅が開始し、第1の点滅時間を経過した後に、自動的に消灯する方向指示器を制御するプロセッサ、を備える方向指示器の制御装置であって、
前記プロセッサは、前記運転者の前記操作に起因して前記自車両が自動的に車線変更する場合には、前記第1の点滅時間よりも長い第2の点滅時間まで延長して、前記方向指示器を自動的に消灯させる方向指示器の制御装置。
