Abstract
Description
まず、モノリス型の支持体11を、Y型のゼオライト結晶を種結晶として分散させた溶液に浸漬し、当該Y型の種結晶を支持体11の各貫通孔111の内側面に付着させた。Y型の種結晶の粒径は、例えば、メディアン径で200nm〜300nmである。支持体11上に付着させた種結晶の厚さは、例えば、約1μmである。また、コロイダルシリカ、水酸化ナトリウム、および、SDA(構造規定剤)である1,4−ジアザビシクロ[2.2.2]オクタン−C4−ジクアットジブロミドを純水に溶解させ、組成が23SiO2:10Na2O:2.8SDA:1000H2Oの原料溶液を作製した。
まず、コロイダルシリカ、Y型のゼオライト結晶、水酸化ナトリウム、および、SDA(構造規定剤)である1,4−ジアザビシクロ[2.2.2]オクタン−C4−ジクアットジブロミドを純水に溶解させ、組成が23SiO2:1Al2O3:10Na2O:2.8SDA:1000H2Oの原料溶液を作製した。
まず、実施例1の支持体11と同様の支持体を、AFX型のゼオライト結晶を種結晶として分散させた溶液に浸漬し、当該AFX型の種結晶を支持体の各貫通孔の内側面に付着させた。続いて、比較例1と同様の原料溶液に浸漬し、170℃にて50時間水熱合成した。当該水熱合成により、支持体上に部分的にAFX型のゼオライトが形成されたが、支持体の貫通孔の内側面全面を覆う緻密なゼオライト膜は形成されなかった。
まず、実施例1と同様に、モノリス型の支持体11を、Y型のゼオライト結晶を種結晶として分散させた溶液に浸漬し、当該Y型の種結晶を支持体11の各貫通孔111の内側面に付着させた。Y型の種結晶の粒径は、例えば、メディアン径で200nm〜300nmである。支持体11上に付着させた種結晶の厚さは、例えば、約1μmである。また、コロイダルシリカ、アルミン酸ナトリウムおよび水酸化ナトリウムを純水に溶解させ、組成が23SiO2:1Al2O3:22Na2O:1000H2Oの原料溶液を作製した。

Claims (14)
- ゼオライト膜複合体であって、
支持体と、
前記支持体上に形成されたAFX型のゼオライト膜と、
を備える。 - 請求項1に記載のゼオライト膜複合体であって、
前記AFX型のゼオライト膜は、アルミノケイ酸塩系ゼオライトからなるゼオライト膜である。 - 請求項1または2に記載のゼオライト膜複合体であって、
前記AFX型のゼオライト膜が前記支持体に直接的に接触している。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載のゼオライト膜複合体であって、
前記支持体と前記AFX型のゼオライト膜との間に位置するFAU型のゼオライト膜をさらに備える。 - 請求項4に記載のゼオライト膜複合体であって、
前記FAU型のゼオライト膜が、Y型またはX型のゼオライト膜である。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載のゼオライト膜複合体であって、
前記支持体が、多孔質である。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載のゼオライト膜複合体であって、
前記支持体が、アルミナ焼結体、ムライト焼結体またはチタニア焼結体である。 - ゼオライト膜複合体の製造方法であって、
a)FAU型の種結晶を取得する工程と、
b)支持体上に前記FAU型の種結晶を付着させる工程と、
c)原料溶液に前記支持体を浸漬し、水熱合成により前記FAU型の種結晶からAFX型のゼオライトを成長させて前記支持体上にAFX型のゼオライト膜を形成する工程と、
d)前記AFX型のゼオライト膜から構造規定剤を除去する工程と、
を備える。 - 請求項8に記載のゼオライト膜複合体の製造方法であって、
前記b)工程と前記c)工程との間において、前記支持体上の前記FAU型の種結晶を水熱合成により膜状に成形する工程をさらに備える。 - 請求項9に記載のゼオライト膜複合体の製造方法であって、
前記c)工程が終了した状態で、前記支持体と前記AFX型のゼオライト膜との間にFAU型のゼオライト膜が存在する。 - 請求項8ないし10のいずれか1つに記載のゼオライト膜複合体の製造方法であって、
前記c)工程が終了した状態で、前記AFX型のゼオライト膜が前記支持体に直接的に接触している。 - 請求項8ないし11のいずれか1つに記載のゼオライト膜複合体の製造方法であって、
前記FAU型の種結晶が、Y型またはX型のゼオライトである。 - 請求項8ないし12のいずれか1つに記載のゼオライト膜複合体の製造方法であって、
前記b)工程において、前記FAU型の種結晶が、前記支持体の表面のうち前記ゼオライト膜複合体の製造時における略鉛直面または下向きの面に付着される。 - ゼオライト膜複合体であって、
請求項8ないし13のいずれか1つに記載のゼオライト膜複合体の製造方法により製造される。
