Abstract
Description
支持体の表面にゼオライトの微細結晶を付着する第1工程、
前記微細結晶を成長させるための合成ゲルを調製する第2工程、
連続反応器に前記合成ゲルを入れ、前記支持体を前記連続反応器内で移動させながら、前記支持体の表面で前記ゼオライトの水熱合成を行う第3工程、
水熱合成された前記支持体を洗浄する第4工程、
前記第3工程において、前記連続反応器内の前記合成ゲルの温度、圧力および流動を調節すると共に、前記合成ゲル内に前記支持体を浸漬させながら移動させ、前記支持体が前記連続反応器へ入ってから出てくるまでの時間により前記水熱合成の反応時間を調節して、前記支持体の表面に前記ゼオライト膜を形成することを特徴とする。
第1工程:支持体の表面にゼオライトの微細結晶を付着する工程
第2工程:微細結晶を成長させるための合成ゲルを調製する工程
第3工程:連続反応器に前記合成ゲルを入れ、前記支持体を前記連続反応器内で移動させながら、前記支持体の表面で前記ゼオライトの水熱合成を行う工程
第4工程:ゼオライトを水熱合成された支持体を洗浄する工程

Claims (3)
- 以下の第1工程から第4工程;
支持体の表面にゼオライトの微細結晶を付着させる第1工程、
前記微細結晶を成長させるための合成ゲルを調製する第2工程、
連続反応器に前記合成ゲルを入れ、前記支持体を前記連続反応器内で移動させながら、前記支持体の表面で前記ゼオライトの水熱合成を行う第3工程、
ゼオライトを水熱合成された前記支持体を洗浄する第4工程、
からなる前記支持体の表面にゼオライトを形成するゼオライト膜の製造方法であって、
前記第3工程において、前記連続反応器内の前記合成ゲルの温度、圧力および流動を調節すると共に、前記合成ゲル内に前記支持体を浸漬させながら移動させ、前記支持体が前記連続反応器へ入ってから出てくるまでの時間により前記水熱合成の反応時間を調節して、前記支持体の表面に前記ゼオライト膜を形成することを特徴とするゼオライト膜の製造方法。 - 前記第2工程において、少なくとも2つの前記調製設備を使用し、前記合成ゲルを連続的に調製することを特徴する請求項1に記載のゼオライト膜の製造方法。
- 前記第4工程において、前記恒温装置から出された前記連続反応器から、ゼオライト膜を有する支持体を順次取出し、連続的に洗浄することを特徴する請求項1または2に記載のゼオライト膜の製造方法。
