Claims (2)
- 反応器内に、ゼオライトの微細結晶を表面に有する支持体、および前記微細結晶を成長させる合成ゲルを入れ、水熱合成を行うことにより、前記支持体の表面にゼオライトを形成するゼオライト膜の製造方法であって、
前記反応器として、恒温装置内で移動可能に配置された複数の容器を用い、前記恒温装置内の温度および圧力により前記水熱合成の温度および圧力を調節すると共に、前記反応器が前記恒温装置へ入ってから出てくるまでの時間を設定し前記水熱合成の反応時間を調節することを特徴とするゼオライト膜の製造方法。 - 前記合成ゲルを、少なくとも2つの調製設備を使用し、連続的に調製することを特徴する請求項1に記載のゼオライト膜の製造方法。
