Claims (2)
- 絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板の上面の両端部に設けられた一対の第1上面電極と、
前記絶縁基板の上面に設けられ、かつ前記一対の第1上面電極間に形成された抵抗体と、
前記一対の第1上面電極の上面に設けられ、かつ前記抵抗体の両端部に設けられた一対の第2上面電極と、
前記抵抗体の前記一対の第2上面電極間に存在する部分と、前記一対の第2上面電極の一部と、を覆うように設けられた保護膜とを備え、
前記抵抗体の前記一対の第1上面電極間に存在する部分の長さより、前記抵抗体の前記一対の第1上面電極上に存在する部分の長さを長くした、チップ抵抗器。 - 前記抵抗体の両端部の先端部と前記絶縁基板の端面との距離を100μm以下とした、請求項1に記載のチップ抵抗器。
