Abstract
Description
本発明の第1の実施形態について、図1〜図7を参照して説明する。
図1及び図2に示すように、第1の実施形態に係る錠剤印刷装置1は、供給装置10と、搬送装置20と、検出装置30と、撮像装置40と、印刷装置50と、印刷後撮像部52と、回収装置60と、画像処理装置80と、制御装置90とを備えている。
前述の錠剤印刷装置1が行う印刷工程(印刷処理)について説明する。
次に、第2の実施形態について図3〜図6、図8を用いて説明する。なお、第2の実施形態では、第1の実施形態との相違点について説明し、その他の説明を省略する。
前述の各実施形態においては、複数の吸引孔21aの形成された搬送ベルト21を例示したが、これに限るものではなく、吸引孔21aが搬送方向A1に沿って形成されるスリットであってもよい。

Claims (10)
- 搬送装置によって搬送される錠剤に対し、インクジェット方式の印刷ヘッドを用いて印刷処理を行う錠剤印刷装置において、
前記錠剤は方向性を考慮せずに印刷可能な錠剤であって、
予め定める間隔で前記錠剤の搬送方向に対する印刷方向を変更する制御装置を有することを特徴とする錠剤印刷装置。 - 搬送装置によって搬送される錠剤に対し、複数のノズルを有するインクジェット方式の印刷ヘッドを用いて印刷処理を行う錠剤印刷装置において、
前記錠剤は方向性を考慮せずに印刷可能な錠剤であって、
前記錠剤の搬送方向に対する印刷方向を、前記印刷ヘッドが前記錠剤に対して印刷を行うときに使用する前記ノズルの数が最も多くなる方向にする制御装置を有することを特徴とする錠剤印刷装置。 - 搬送装置によって搬送される錠剤に対し、複数のノズル及び前記ノズル毎に駆動素子を有するインクジェット方式の印刷ヘッドを用いて印刷処理を行う錠剤印刷装置において、
前記錠剤は方向性を考慮せずに印刷可能な錠剤であって、
前記錠剤の搬送方向に対する印刷方向を、前記印刷ヘッドが前記錠剤に対して印刷を行うときに使用するすべての前記ノズルにおいて前記駆動素子を最も均等に使用する方向にする制御装置を有することを特徴とする錠剤印刷装置。 - 前記印刷ヘッドを前記錠剤の搬送方向に水平面内で交差する方向に移動させるヘッド移動機構を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の錠剤印刷装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記印刷ヘッドが前記錠剤の一方の面と他方の面の表裏面に対して相違する印刷パターンの印刷を行う場合、前記錠剤の表裏面でそれぞれの印刷パターンを切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の錠剤印刷装置。
- 搬送される錠剤に対し、インクジェット方式の印刷ヘッドを用いて印刷を行う錠剤印刷方法において、
前記錠剤は方向性を考慮せずに印刷可能な錠剤であって、
予め定める間隔で前記錠剤の搬送方向に対する印刷方向を変更し、前記錠剤に前記印刷を行うことを特徴とする錠剤印刷方法。 - 搬送される錠剤に対し、複数のノズルを有するインクジェット方式の印刷ヘッドを用いて印刷を行う錠剤印刷方法において、
