以下、第1実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。

図9に基づいて第1実施形態の変更例について説明する。なお、上記の第1実施形態と同一の構成には同一符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。
(その他の変更例)
第1実施形態では、凹部25の径方向内壁面25c、25cとピース23の側壁23aとの間に形成される第1隙間29aがタイヤ径方向に一致して直線状に延び、凹部25の外側内壁面25aとピース23の外周壁23bとの間に形成される第2隙間29bがタイヤ周方向に一致する円弧状に延びるタイヤ加硫金型10について示したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。例えば、第1隙間29aが、タイヤ径方向に対して傾いた方向に直線状に延びたり、あるいは、タイヤ径方向内側から外側へ曲線状に延びても良い。また、第2隙間29bが、直線状、あるいは、らせん状に延びるなどタイヤ周方向からズレた方向に延びてもよい。このような場合に、凹部25においてタイヤ径方向内側から外側へ延びる内壁面とタイヤ周方向へ延びる内壁面とは曲面によってなめらかに接続されている。
Claims (3)
- タイヤを加硫成型するタイヤ加硫金型において、
タイヤのサイドウォール部を成型するサイド成型面を有する上下一対のサイドモールドを備え、
前記サイドモールドは、サイドモールド本体と、複数のピースと、隙間とを備え、
前記サイドモールド本体は、前記サイド成型面に開口する凹部を周方向に間隔をあけて複数備え、
前記ピースは、前記凹部に嵌まり前記サイドモールド本体とともに前記サイド成型面を形成し、
前記隙間は、前記サイドモールド本体と前記ピースとの間に形成され、前記サイド成型面に開口し、
前記凹部は、タイヤ径方向外側を区画する外側内壁面と、タイヤ径方向内側を区画する内側内壁面と、前記外側内壁面と前記内側内壁面との間においてタイヤ周方向一方側及び他方側を区画する一対の径方向内壁面と、前記外側内壁面及び前記径方向内壁面を接続する曲面とを備えるタイヤ加硫金型。 - 前記曲面は、曲率半径が1mm以上の円弧からなる円弧面である請求項1に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
- 前記内側内壁面と前記ピースとの間隔が0.5mm以上、前記外側内壁面及び前記径方向内壁面と前記ピースとの間隔が0.05mm以下である請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
