Description
Claims (5)
- タイヤのトレッド部を成型するトレッド成型面を有するトレッドモールドと、タイヤのサイドウォール部を成型するサイド成型面を有する環状のサイドモールドと、タイヤのビード部を成型するビード成型面を有する環状のビードリングと、を備えるタイヤ加硫金型において、
前記サイドモールドは、
前記サイド成型面にタイヤ周方向に間隔をあけて複数設けられた凹部を有するサイドモールド本体と、
前記複数の凹部にそれぞれ嵌まり前記サイドモールド本体とともに環状の前記サイド成型面を形成する複数のサイドピースと、
前記複数のサイドピースのタイヤ周方向両側の側面と当該側面に対向する前記凹部の壁面との間に設けられたタイヤ径方向に延びる排気のための複数の排気隙間と、
を備え、
前記サイドピースのタイヤ径方向内側端が、前記サイド成型面のタイヤ径方向内側端よりもタイヤ径方向内方に位置している、
タイヤ加硫金型。 - 前記サイドモールド本体が、前記サイド成型面のタイヤ径方向内側に前記ビードリングを固定するビードリング固定部を備え、前記凹部が、前記サイド成型面のタイヤ径方向内側端を越えて前記ビードリング固定部まで延びており、前記凹部に嵌まった前記サイドピースのタイヤ径方向内側端が、前記ビードリング固定部に固定された前記ビードリングによってタイヤ軸方向内側から覆われている、請求項1に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
- 前記サイドピースのタイヤ径方向内側端と前記凹部のタイヤ径方向内側端との間に隙間が設けられ、この内側端の隙間が、前記サイドピースのタイヤ周方向両側の前記排気隙間よりも大きく設定された、請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
- 前記サイドピースのタイヤ径方向内側端におけるタイヤ周方向両端の角部が、曲率半径2mm以上の湾曲面状に形成された、請求項3に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
- 前記サイド成型面が、前記排気隙間に沿って設けられた溝を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
