(その他の実施形態)
第1〜第5実施形態では、ピース23と凸部26との間に形成される隙間29がタイヤ径方向に一致して直線状に延びるタイヤ加硫金型10について示したが、本発明はこれに限定されず、隙間29がタイヤ径方向に対して傾いた方向に延びたり、あるいは、隙間29がタイヤ径方向内側から外側へ曲線状に延びても良い。
Claims (7)
- タイヤを加硫成型するタイヤ加硫金型において、
タイヤのサイドウォール部を成型するサイド成型面を有する上下一対のサイドモールド
を備え、
前記サイドモールドは、サイドモールド本体と、複数のピースと、前記サイドモールド本体と前記ピースとの間に形成された隙間とを備え、
前記サイドモールド本体は、前記サイド成型面及びタイヤ径方向外側面に開口する凹部をタイヤ周方向に間隔をあけて複数備え、
前記ピースは、前記凹部に嵌まり前記サイドモールド本体とともに前記サイド成型面を形成し、
前記隙間は、前記サイド成型面に開口しタイヤ径方向内側から外側へ延びるタイヤ加硫金型。 - 前記サイド成型面は、前記隙間に重なるように設けられた溝を備える請求項1に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
- 前記ピースは、タイヤ周方向の長さが異なる2種以上のピースを備える請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
- 前記サイドモールド本体は、平板状の基部と、タイヤ周方向に隣り合う前記凹部の間において前記基部から突出する凸部と、前記凹部の底部を前記基部の厚さ方向に貫通し前記隙間に重なるスリットを備える請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
- 前記スリットは、前記凹部よりタイヤ径方向に長い請求項4に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
- 前記サイド成型面は、線状の凹溝又は突条を備え、
前記隙間が、前記凹溝又は前記突条に平行に設けられている請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。 - 前記凹部は、複数の前記ピースのうち1の前記ピースが嵌まり、他の前記ピースが当該凹部に嵌まるのを防止する誤装着防止形状を備える請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
