Claims (5)
- タイヤのサイドウォール部を成型するサイド成型面を有する環状のサイドモールドを備えたタイヤ加硫金型であって、
前記サイドモールドは、
前記サイド成型面に設けられた凹部を有するサイドモールド本体と、
前記凹部に嵌まり前記サイド成型面の一部を構成するとともに、前記凹部の壁面との間に排気のための排気隙間を形成するサイドピースと、
前記サイド成型面に設けられた取付穴に対して隙間なく密接嵌合された情報表示用の替駒と、
を備え、
前記替駒が、前記サイドピースと前記サイドモールド本体とに跨らないように、前記サイドピース内又は前記サイドモールド本体内に設けられた、
タイヤ加硫金型。 - 前記凹部が、タイヤ周方向に間隔をあけて複数設けられ、複数の前記サイドピースが、前記複数の凹部にそれぞれ嵌まり前記サイドモールド本体とともに環状の前記サイド成型面を形成し、前記排気隙間が、前記サイドピースのタイヤ周方向両側の側面と当該側面に対向する前記凹部の壁面との間に設けられた、請求項1に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
- 前記サイドピースのタイヤ径方向内側端が、前記サイド成型面のタイヤ径方向内側端よりもタイヤ径方向内方に位置している、請求項2に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
- 前記サイドモールド本体が、前記サイド成型面のタイヤ径方向内側に前記ビードリングを固定するビードリング固定部を備え、前記凹部が、前記サイド成型面のタイヤ径方向内側端を越えて前記ビードリング固定部まで延びており、前記凹部に嵌まった前記サイドピースのタイヤ径方向内側端が、前記ビードリング固定部に固定された前記ビードリングによってタイヤ軸方向内側から覆われている、請求項3に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
- 前記サイドピースのタイヤ径方向内側端と前記凹部のタイヤ径方向内側端との間に隙間が設けられ、この内側端の隙間が、前記サイドピースのタイヤ周方向両側の前記排気隙間よりも大きく設定された、請求項3又は4に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
