Abstract
Description
先端に設けられた先端切れ刃と、該先端切れ刃の後方に連なるメイン切れ刃とを備えたドリルであって、
前記先端切れ刃の先端角は所定の鋭角であり、
前記メイン切れ刃の先端角は、該メイン切れ刃の前端から後端にかけて減少しており、
前記メイン切れ刃の前端の先端角は、前記先端切れ刃の先端角よりも大きい鋭角を有することを特徴とする。
前記メイン切れ刃は、先端側から第1部分、第2部分及び第3部分で構成され、
前記第1部分は一定の第1先端角を有し、
前記第2部分は、前記第1部分よりも小さい一定の第2先端角を有し、
前記第3部分は、前記第2先端角又はこれより小さい角度から後端にかけて連続的に減少する第3先端角を有することを特徴とする。
前記先端切れ刃の先端角は、30°〜50°であり、前記メイン切れ刃の前端の先端角は60°〜90°であることを特徴とする。
先端に設けられた先端切れ刃と、該先端切れ刃の後方に接続したメイン切れ刃とを備えたドリルであって、
前記先端切れ刃の先端角は所定の鋭角であり、
前記メイン切れ刃の先端角は、該メイン切れ刃の前端から後端にかけて減少しており、
前記メイン切れ刃の前端の先端角は、前記先端切れ刃の先端角よりも大きい鋭角を有し、
前記先端切れ刃が前記メイン切れ刃に接続している部分は、該先端切れ刃から該メイン切れ刃にかけて前記ドリルの中心軸線から離れる方向に曲折していることを特徴とする。
Claims (4)
- 先端に設けられた先端切れ刃と、該先端切れ刃の後方に連なるメイン切れ刃とを備えたドリルであって、
前記先端切れ刃の先端角は所定の鋭角であり、
前記メイン切れ刃の先端角は、該メイン切れ刃の前端から後端にかけて減少しており、
前記メイン切れ刃の前端の先端角は、前記先端切れ刃の先端角よりも大きい鋭角を有するドリル。 - 前記メイン切れ刃は、先端側から第1部分、第2部分及び第3部分で構成され、
前記第1部分は一定の第1先端角を有し、
前記第2部分は、前記第1部分よりも小さい一定の第2先端角を有し、
前記第3部分は、前記第2先端角又はこれより小さい角度から後端にかけて連続的に減少する第3先端角を有する請求項1に記載のドリル。 - 前記メイン切れ刃の先端角は、該メイン切れ刃の先端から後端にかけて連続的に減少している請求項1に記載のドリル。
- 前記先端切れ刃の先端角は、30°〜50°であり、
前記メイン切れ刃の前端の先端角は60°〜90°である請求項1に記載のドリル。
