前記樹脂基材(20)の凸凹面上に皮膜(50)を形成する工程を含む。

Claims (19)
- 強化繊維材(10)を含む樹脂基材(20)に対して少なくともフッ素ガスを含む表面処理ガスを供給し、前記樹脂基材(20)の表面に脆化領域が形成され、前記樹脂基材(20)の表面近傍に存在する前記強化繊維材(10)の少なくとも一部が改質される工程と、
少なくとも前記脆化領域を除去し、前記樹脂基材(20)に凸凹面が形成され、前記凸凹面において前記強化繊維材(10)が少なくとも部分的に露出する工程と、
前記樹脂基材(20)の凸凹面上に皮膜(50)を形成する工程を含む、皮膜付き樹脂基材の製造方法。 - 前記脆化領域の除去により、前記凸凹面において部分的に露出した前記強化繊維材(10)の外周に沿って窪む深凹部(40)が形成され、前記深凹部(40)が前記皮膜(50)により埋められる、請求項1に記載の皮膜付き樹脂基材の製造方法。
- 前記表面処理ガスの作用により前記強化繊維材(10)が少なくとも部分的に多孔化される、請求項1又は2に記載の皮膜付き樹脂基材の製造方法。
- 前記脆化領域が形成された前記樹脂基材(20)を酸性溶液に浸漬することにより前記脆化領域が除去される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の皮膜付き樹脂基材の製造方法。
- 前記酸性溶液は、塩酸、硫酸、及び硝酸から成る群から選択される1つ以上を含む、請求項4に記載の皮膜付き樹脂基材の製造方法。
- 前記樹脂基材(20)が、前記強化繊維材(10)としてガラス繊維を含み、
前記樹脂基材(20)が、10質量%〜60質量%のガラス繊維を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の皮膜付き樹脂基材の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂基材(20)が、30質量%を超えるガラス繊維を含む、請求項6に記載の皮膜付き樹脂基材の製造方法。
- 前記皮膜(50)は、めっき皮膜又は塗装皮膜である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の皮膜付き樹脂基材の製造方法。
- 前記皮膜付き樹脂基材は、摺動部品である、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の皮膜付き樹脂基材の製造方法。
- 前記皮膜付き樹脂基材は、スライドファスナー用のスライダー(95)である、請求項9に記載の皮膜付き樹脂基材の製造方法。
- 強化繊維材(10)を含み、前記強化繊維材(10)が部分的に表出した凸凹面を有する樹脂基材(20)と、
前記樹脂基材(20)の前記凸凹面上に形成された皮膜(50)を備える、皮膜付き樹脂基材。 - 前記皮膜(50)は、前記凸凹面において部分的に露出した前記強化繊維材(10)の外周に沿って窪む深凹部(40)を埋める、請求項11に記載の皮膜付き樹脂基材。
- 前記樹脂基材(20)が、前記強化繊維材(10)としてガラス繊維を含み、
前記樹脂基材(20)が、10質量%〜60質量%のガラス繊維を含む、請求項11又は12に記載の皮膜付き樹脂基材。 - 前記樹脂基材(20)が、30質量%を超えるガラス繊維を含む、請求項13に記載の皮膜付き樹脂基材。
- 前記樹脂基材(20)と前記皮膜(50)の界面近傍に存在する前記強化繊維材(10)が少なくとも部分的に多孔化されている、請求項11乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の皮膜付き樹脂基材。
- 前記皮膜(50)は、金属皮膜又は樹脂皮膜である、請求項11乃至15のいずれか一項に記載の皮膜付き樹脂基材。
- 前記皮膜付き樹脂基材は、摺動部品である、請求項11乃至16のいずれか一項に記載の皮膜付き樹脂基材。
- 前記皮膜付き樹脂基材は、スライドファスナー用のスライダー(95)である、請求項17に記載の皮膜付き樹脂基材。
- 強化繊維材(10)を含む樹脂基材(20)に対して少なくともフッ素ガスを含む表面処理ガスを供給し、前記樹脂基材(20)の表面に脆化領域が形成され、前記樹脂基材(20)の表面近傍に存在する前記強化繊維材(10)の少なくとも一部が改質される工程と、
少なくとも前記脆化領域を除去し、前記樹脂基材(20)に凸凹面が形成され、前記凸凹面において前記強化繊維材(10)が少なくとも部分的に露出する工程と、
前記樹脂基材(20)の凸凹面上に皮膜(50)を形成する工程を含む、皮膜形成方法。
