Abstract
Description
本構成によれば、規制部により、接続部側から電線接続部側への液体の移動が規制されるため、接続部側に付着した液体の電線側への移動を抑制することが可能になる。
前記接続部は、板状の板状部に設けられ、前記規制部は、前記電線接続部の一方の側方側における前記板状部の端縁から他方の側方側における前記板状部の端縁に連続的に延びている。
このようにすれば、簡素な構成で、効率的に液体の電線側への移動を抑制することが可能になる。
このようにすれば、規制部により電線側への移動が規制された液体を外部に排出することが可能になる。
実施形態1を図1〜図11を参照しつつ説明する。
本実施形態の配線モジュール10は、蓄電モジュールに装着される。蓄電モジュールは、例えば電気自動車又はハイブリッド自動車等の車両に搭載され、電源として使用される。以下では、X方向を右方、Y方向を前方、Z方向を上方として説明する。
配線モジュール10は、図1に示すように、複数のバスバー端子20と、複数のバスバー端子20を収容する絶縁プロテクタ40とを備えて構成されている。
バスバー端子20は、例えば銅、銅合金、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、ステンレス鋼(SUS)等の金属で形成されており、図9に示すように、板状の板状部21と、板状部21と一体に形成されて電線38の端末部に接続される電線接続部33とを備えている。
絶縁プロテクタ40は、絶縁性の合成樹脂からなり、図1に示すように、バスバー端子20を収容する複数の収容部41を備えている。各収容部41は、図3,図4に示すように、板状部21の一方の面(蓄電素子BC側の面)が対向するように板状部21を載置可能な底板部42と、板状部21を角筒状に包囲する仕切り壁45とを備えている。底板部42には、図5に示すように、電極端子BPが通る円形状の開口部43が左右一対形成されている。
本実施形態によれば、バスバー端子20は、極間接続部22と電線接続部33との間に、極間接続部22側に付着した液体Dの電線接続部33側への移動を規制する規制部26A〜26Cが設けられているため、この規制部26A〜26Cにより、極間接続部22側から電線接続部33側への液体Dの移動が規制される。これにより、バスバー端子20に付着した液体Dが電線38に伝わることを抑制することが可能になる。
このようにすれば、簡素な構成で、効率的に液体Dの電線38側への移動を抑制することが可能になる。
このようにすれば、極間接続部22と電線接続部33とが別体の場合と比較して、部品点数を削減することができる。
このようにすれば、規制部26A〜26Cにより電線38側への移動が規制された液体Dを外部に排出することが可能になる。
実施形態2を図12〜図15を参照して説明する。
実施形態2は、バスバー端子60の規制部61をU字状に形成したものである。他の構成は、実施形態1と同一であるため、実施形態1と同一の構成については同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
実施形態3を図16〜図19を参照して説明する。
実施形態3のバスバー端子70は、規制部71の全体を極間接続部22よりも高くしたものである。他の構成は、上記実施形態と同一であるため、上記実施形態と同一の構成については同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
本発明は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施形態も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。
(1)上記実施形態では、バスバー端子20,60,70を電極端子BPとナットとで締結することとしたが、これに限られない。例えば、ナット状の電極端子BPに締結部材としてのボルトの軸部を通して締結してもよい。また、通し孔23を設けずに、例えば、レーザー溶接、超音波溶接、抵抗溶接等で電極端子に接続するようにしてもよい。
(3)絶縁プロテクタ40は、絶縁性の合成樹脂からなる複数の連結ユニットを左右に連結して構成してもよい。

- 蓄電素子の電極端子に接続する接続部と、
電線に接続される電線接続部と、を備え、
前記接続部と前記電線接続部との間には、前記接続部側に付着した液体の前記電線接続部側への移動を規制する規制部が設けられている、端子。 - 前記接続部は、板状の板状部に設けられ、前記規制部は、前記電線接続部の一方の側方側における前記板状部の端縁から他方の側方側における前記板状部の端縁に連続的に延びている請求項1に記載の端子。
- 前記接続部は、複数の前記電極端子の間を接続するものである請求項1又は請求項2に記載の端子。
- 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の端子と、
前記端子を収容する絶縁プロテクタとを備えた配線モジュールであって、
前記絶縁プロテクタは、前記端子の板面と対向する底板部と、前記底板部から起立して前記端子を仕切る仕切り壁とを備え、
前記底板部及び前記仕切り壁の少なくとも一方には、前記液体を排出する排出孔が形成されている、配線モジュール。
