図1はこの発明の実施の形態1における圧延材の板幅制御装置が適用された圧延システムの構成図である。
図2はこの発明の実施の形態1における圧延材の板幅制御装置のハードウェア構成図である。
図3はこの発明の実施の形態1における圧延材の板幅制御装置に圧延材の板幅の制御を説明するためのタイミングチャートである。
Claims (3)
- 垂直圧延機により圧延材の幅方向に圧延材を圧延して水平圧延機により圧延材の厚さ方向に圧延材を圧延する圧延システムにおいて、前記垂直圧延機による圧延材への圧延荷重の偏差量に基づいて前記垂直圧延機における圧延材の幅の偏差量の推定値を演算し、前記垂直圧延機のトルクに基づいて圧延材の先端が前記水平圧延機に噛み込まれる際の圧延材の幅の広がり量の推定値を演算する演算部と、
前記垂直圧延機における圧延材の幅の偏差量の推定値に基づいて圧延材の幅の偏差量がなくなるように前記垂直圧延機のギャップ量を制御し、前記圧延材の先端が前記水平圧延機に噛み込まれる際に圧延材の幅の広がり量の推定値に基づいて前記垂直圧延機のギャップ量を補償する制御部と、
を備えた圧延材の板幅制御装置。 - 前記演算部は、前記垂直圧延機のドライブ装置からのフィードバックにより得られた前記垂直圧延機のトルクの値に基づいて圧延材の先端が前記水平圧延機に噛み込まれる際の圧延材の幅の広がり量の推定値を演算する請求項1に記載の圧延材の板幅制御装置。
- 垂直圧延機により圧延材の幅方向に圧延材を圧延して水平圧延機により圧延材の厚さ方向に圧延材を圧延する圧延システムにおいて、前記垂直圧延機による圧延材への圧延荷重の偏差量に基づいて前記垂直圧延機における圧延材の幅の偏差量の推定値を演算し、前記垂直圧延機と前記水平圧延機とに対応した計算モデルに基づいて圧延材の先端が前記水平圧延機に噛み込まれる際の圧延材の幅の広がり量の推定値を演算する演算部と、
前記垂直圧延機における圧延材の幅の偏差量の推定値に基づいて圧延材の幅の偏差量がなくなるように前記垂直圧延機のギャップ量を制御し、前記圧延材の先端が前記水平圧延機に噛み込まれる際に圧延材の幅の広がり量の推定値に基づいて前記垂直圧延機のギャップ量を補償する制御部と、
を備えた圧延材の板幅制御装置。
