Abstract
Description
B1:グリシジルネオデカノエート
B2:2−エチルヘキシルグリシジルエーテル
B3:1,2−エポキシテトラデカン
まず、安定性試験は、JIS K2211:2009(オートクレーブテスト)に準拠して行った。すなわち、水分含有量を500ppmに調整した冷凍機油40gをオートクレーブに秤取し、触媒(鉄、銅、アルミの線、いずれも外径1.6mm×長さ50mm)とジフルオロメタン(R32)冷媒10gとを封入し、180℃で150時間加熱した後の冷凍機油の酸価(JIS C2101)を測定した。
上記の安定性試験を行った後の冷凍機油10gを試験管に入れ、ドライアイスを入れたエタノール浴(−40℃)に6時間浸漬した後の冷凍機油における白濁の有無を観察した。
Claims (4)
- ジペンタエリスリトールと2−メチルブタン酸及びn−ペンタン酸とのエステルを含有する基油と、
グリシジルエステル化合物及びグリシジルエーテル化合物からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種のエポキシ化合物と、
を含有し、ジフルオロメタン冷媒と共に用いられる、冷凍機油。 - 前記基油に占める前記エステルの割合が30質量%以上100質量%以下である、請求項1に記載の冷凍機油。
- 前記エポキシ化合物の含有量が、前記冷凍機油全量基準で0.01質量%以上5.0質量%以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の冷凍機油。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍機油と、ジフルオロメタン冷媒と、を含有する冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
