(数平均分子量(Mn):1500、重量平均分子量(Mw)と数平均分子量(Mn)との比(Mw/Mn):1.10、全てのオキシアルキレン基に占めるオキシエチレン基の割合:0モル%、40℃動粘度:40.1mm2/s、100℃動粘度:9.25mm2/s、粘度指数:224)

耐摩耗性試験では、実コンプレッサと類似の冷媒雰囲気にできる、神鋼造機(株)製の高圧雰囲気摩擦試験機(回転ベーン材と固定ディスク材との回転摺動方式)を用いた。試験条件は、油量:600ml、試験温度:100℃、回転数:430rpm、負荷荷重:65kgf、試験時間:1時間、試験容器内圧力:1.1MPaとした。ベーン材としてはSKH−51、ディスク材としてはFC250をそれぞれ用いた。冷媒としては、表2〜3に示すとおり、2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO−1234yf)又は1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン(R134a)を用いた。耐摩耗性の評価は、ディスク材の摩耗量が極めて少ないことから、ベーン材の摩耗深さに基づいて行った。摩耗深さが、10μm未満の場合を「A」、10μm以上15μm未満の場合を「B」、15μm以上の場合を「C」として、結果を表2〜4に示す。
安定性試験は、JIS K2211:2009(オートクレーブテスト)に準拠して行った。すなわち、水分含有量を100ppmに調整した冷凍機油80gをオートクレーブに秤取し、触媒(鉄、銅、アルミの線、いずれも外径1.6mm×長さ50mm)と、2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO−1234yf)又は1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン(R134a)20gとを封入した後、145℃に加熱し、150時間後の冷凍機油の外観及び酸価(JIS C2101:1999)を測定した。結果を表2〜4に示す。
Claims (5)
- 基油としての多価アルコールと脂肪酸とのエステルと、
多価アルコールのエーテル化合物と、
を含有し、
不飽和フッ化炭化水素冷媒と共に用いられる、冷凍機油。 - 前記多価アルコールのエーテル化合物の含有量が、前記冷凍機油全量基準で0.4質量%以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の冷凍機油。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍機油と、
不飽和フッ化炭化水素冷媒と、
を含有する、冷凍機用作動流体組成物。 - 前記不飽和フッ化炭化水素が、1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン及び2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンから選ばれる少なくとも1種である、請求項4に記載の冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
